just but a basic bitch PSA m4 and save $350. Spend on optic and or ammo. Don't pay $800 on a gun you're going to replace the stock and handguard on anyway.

anon you want midlength if youre getting a 16 inch barrel https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-16-mid-length-5-56-nato-1-7-nitride-13-5-lightweight-m-lok-moe-ept-rifle-w-mbus-sight-set3.html

how can you tell the difference?

if it doesn't have a rail you can just look at it, if it does have a rail it should say mid length in the product title

They are generally softer shooting rifles with reduced wear on internals because the gas port is located farther down the barrel. If you don't have a fail the front sight and hand guard will be closer to the end of the barrel which is generally desirable for grip, sight radius, and attaching accessories like a flashlight.

thank you. If you want to answer another question what makes the Sabre line

It just has a bunch of little upgrades that a lot of people would find desirable. I am not personally interested in them and would rather pick out my own upgrades if I was straying from a standard 'mil-spec' build.

thank you, I think I prefer mil-spec too because I don't give a shit about an EXTRA TACTICOOL looking charging handle that does the same thing

Seems they upgraded about everything you normally would, but personally I would buy a standard and purchase enhancements piecemeal

Buy the upper and (complete) lower separately to save money. There's an extra tax on complete guns.

          They are really good
The glass clarity is really nice and the simplicity of a fixed power actually just works
But if you want to reach out past 600 meters it gets difficult and BDC's really aren't that great a mill reticle will always be superior once you know what you are doing

No one is using a 15 past 600 meters, realistically past 500

I have one. Great trigger. The BCG could have been machined better. I just replaced mine with a nitride finish BCG rather than break it in.

Do not buy a carbine length gas system unless it's a short barrel. Anything 14.5"-16" should be mid-length gas system. Anything 18" or longer should be a rifle length gas system. Thank me later. Carbine length gas systems on standard barrel lengths are dogshit.
