Lasers are generally a meme 100% of the time unless you're using an IR with NVG. People underestimate the value of a strobing light though, that shit is super helpful in CQB.I know from all the top secret super CQB missions I have been on.

I don't think I quite agree, at least not for things like griplasers where it's on as you pull the gun and grip it automatically no fiddling. Point and shoot is underrated by /k/, and so is the number of people who don't/can't/will never practice much but still have a right to self defense. Lasers are very light, and are a practical shooting aid even for someone who isn't very good and is shooting from a bad stance or with obstacles. I suspect for a certain class of user a grip laser is actually the most practical addition to a compact pistol, not irons (let alone optic) or wml or whatever else. Not the /k/ audience though and /k/ tends to look down on it.
I just bought a laser to test this concept but on paper I really don't believe people give the idea of passive aiming a good shake. besides, what's the harm of throwing it on? If you shake a rifle around and complain about 12Oz you're a b***h.
Although I did wonder once if 3 (same color) lasers built into a handguard or otherwise right around a barrel has ever been tried, so that in the middle of all 3 is the bullet path. Worthless at long distance but lasers are generally that way anyway, but I've always been kind of curious how that might function in point and shoot for newbs at <30yd say. Regardless of range the barrel would always be pointed inside the triangle.
lol. green shows up better than anything any time anywhere, human eye is most ultra sensitive to green around 532nm. red is more used at night because it doesn't hurt nightvision as much. though at pistol ranges any laser is gonna be visible fine.
He said forested areas cityslicker. It's a matter of contrast. It's a matter of contrast. When viewed against a field of green, it's easier to track a contrasting color dot than a green dot on a green background.

Works well together with a pair of 3D glasses
one infrared one green or red makes a lot of sense
Yeah this. Pretty pricey and niche but if you have nods dual illuminator/beams might have a role, to the extent lasers ever do anyway.
Dual red/green though? Gimmick.

Black folk think they look cool
More lasers = MOAR POWER!

Navigational lights.
Laser light show innawoods
It's very festive
Would buy it if it had a third blue laser, turning them all on would craeat a white laser.
Green lasers are not as useful during the day in forested areas. Red shows up more in these cases.
On the other hand, during the night in urban areas, green shows up more.

what forest are you in that your plants are RGB 0,255,0
green sucks, both with lasers and optics.
so you can aim at two targets at the same time idiot
Chinkshit like in the op will be weak and only good for night shooting
Pfff amateur
None at all, unless one of them is invisible to the naked eye.
Also any weapon laser besides green or IR is bad.
