It varies by quarter, but some parts of the year going to the field is nonstop and others you might go 2 months without. On average, maybe every 1-2 weeks?

I'm training to try to get in but it seems that the only units that are worth something are the SF ones since the others are full of terroni and never deploy, but ofc it's extremely hard to even pass the selection for those units.

I was the Delta Force for 20 years and never once trained for trench warfare. Shit is about to get real.

lmao the only "training" you need is to find an officer to bribe to get in the army at all, that's the first entry barrier because it's full of welfare queen meridionali who just want the paycheck.
only career soldiers get to deploy and only SF get to see combat in any real capacity, by the time you even get the chance to attempt SF selection you'll be so jaded from all the bullshit you'll have changed your mind.

Idk in all the Italian army training footage I find the guys there don’t seem very good or professional or well organized, they don’t give me that vibe, like when you look up us army or marines training it’s another story, idk. I don’t even mean us promotional videos of the army, just random footage from whatever.
Even the gear, in 2017 or whenever it was filmed they got pasgts and air soft tier lbvs.
Plus every time they talk it’s always a Neapolitan or calabrese etc

If you're lucky you'll get to train with an Anglosphere military and we will subsidize you for a few weeks. Hope you're not Italian, their infantry were fucking abysmal when I dealt with them.
