not if the cancer gets him first

I agree, I wouldn't be surprised he dies before the war ends. To bring his ass to the Hague we'd need a fast change of power and the next one in command willing to negotiate the end of sanctions by giving the thousands of war criminals Russia managed to create.

Because contrary to you they're there when it happens instead of sitting on the internet well after the fact and thus don't at the time know that the guy who's been in jail for quite some time has a glass of deadly poison within easy reach in the courtroom.

Did they figure out how he got the poison?
    Door Dash?
Did anyone get in trouble, or was it a welcome end to a messy problem?

they narrowed down the probable time of his conception to a nice vacation his known-to-cheat mommy spent in cuba, and the dude looks nothing like either parent while being the spitting image of young fidel castro.

No. He never led in combat and he was pretty much a political back from day 1. And he caused a huge mess by ignoring the commands he did get. Classic "failing upward" guy

Absolutely. Overseer Jacoren did what was right for Vault 13. He sent the right person for the job, and crippled the Mutant army without even losing a single vault dweller, except Ed, who was weak to begin with.

Ive had a green beanie with the Soviet flag for decades, thought it was funny and kinda cool way back when. Haven’t worn it since like 2014/15 cuz people went from laughing to getting upset. Oh well.

He commanded enough loyalty that people were willing to smuggle poison into a high-security prison and that goes a long way in my book in terms of leadership abilities

he didn't really do any serb killing, he backstabbed the bosnians with whom they were previously jointly killing serbs. and while you can argue the morality of that: it was just a completely moronic decision militarily and politically. plus while he definitely did order shit that was worth 20 years in prison and more: he also got a bunch of shit pinned on him by croat leaders who are still to this day political big-shots - so he was also a patsy. and finally, he was a life-long liberal pussy that basically saw the war as a chance to prove he was as macho as any of those guys who bullied him his whole life. in the end he and his buddies are a big reason why croats didn't achieve any of their political goals in bosnia and are slowly getting extinct from their ancestral homes. if he wasn't such dickhead his life would make for a good farce complete with kino ending.
