This which is why aside form nuking Russia and killing all Rusisans it is vital that the Russian speakers in Transnistria are liquidated so no excuse will exist for putin people to commit acts of war or terror. Kill them all.

2. All the senior millitary staff are pro-russian.
3. All the senior police staff are pro-russian.
4. Army is just as corrupt as russia, maybe not as corrupt as transnistria.

TL;DR They're Orthodox Turks (genetically assimilated locals, not actual Asiatics) who got to keep their lands as the Ottomans receded, and were not wiped out by Russia because they were Christian and obedient.
They're huge Russophiles and a third column for Moldova, because their autonomous territory automatically must hold an independence referendum if Moldova's status as an independent country changes (aka unification with Romania). If they stay they'd give us a headache as we'd be forced to change our constitution to become a federation and not a unitary state, possible provoking issues with our Hungarians, specifically the Szekely and their autonomy desires.

Who the frick cares what they think? That's size like average town. Since when does average town dictate country's international policy?
Because we don't want this to look like an annexation and/or have separatist issues, the laws and the bureaucracy have to be respected for such an important international event as that would be. This is assuming they would vote to stay, which I believe they would if unification happens in the near future, but maybe the Russian brain rot got them hard enough they'd rather be Transnistria #2, which would still be a headache but better for us imo.

It is not necessary, the massive majority want Russians dead in every European nation and globally they will pretend to be other nationalities but can be deported to these nations for examination and liquidation. Children too young to speak or know they are Russian can be adopted maybe at a cost and those funds used to help pay for liquidation and processing operations. It is vital to find and liquidate all nkvd and kgb grandchildren who have not already allied with real countries. ANY Russian speaker should be immediately disbarred from state or military employment or service or owning a business

What about sterilizing the adults and using them for work such as demining or dealing with nuclear accidents instead of direct liquidation? They need an immediately visible mark as well. Like a Z tattoo on the forehead. You could motivate them by promising free release into some artic islands for their old age. Liquidating them all seems inefficient without having some funding offset. For example there would be a great deal of radioactive contamination near or on useful assets in whatever western Russia is called after Russia is gone(it will need a new name, Greater Ukraine or Lesser Poland something like that) you could but them to work cleaning it up. Like the liquidators at Chernobyl. This means they will not live too long and keeping them on an Artic island for obeying instruction will be cheaper. Or you could just lie to them and never send them to their reward of spending a few years free on a prison island but just push them into the artic sea! That is the optimal system.

Mobilize what army? Moldova "military" right now is in same state as Ukrainian was in 2014, difference being that they don't even have seemingly unlimited soviet reserves (most were in Transnistria) spent even less on the army and state itself is even poorer.

While Moldova winning a war against Russia would be very funny, I doubt anyone ACTUALLY wants Transnistria.
