US and Mexico drafts resolution to send troops to Haiti. What weapons will they use?

The US and Mexico have proposed the deployment of a multinational force in Haiti to help break the stranglehold of gangs over the distribution of fuel, water and other basic goods.
Basically us will send troops
Not the UN
What will the us send and how much damage will they do?

At the end of Mexicos massive civil war like 100 years ago, they basically wrote a self imposed pacifist policy into their constitution. Mexico had been a military dictatorship for the previous 50 years. They were no UK, but for it's size Mexico had a decent military. They've not had that for almost exactly a century now. Their constitution forbids the Mexican armed forces from deploying abroad unless some very specific criteria is met and the existence of Mexico as sovereign nation will be lost unless military action is taken. Even in world war 2 they only sent token fighter pilots attached to US fighter/bomber groups. Mexico would need to change their laws to do something like this. They'd also need to replace all their old heavy equipment which is comically outdated. Doing so would require higher percentage of GDP spending towards defense. Mexico only spends like 0.3% of GDP on defense. Realistically they should spend about 10 times that near 3%.

            >During the last great war, the most powerful men in America, Mexico, and Canada had a secret pact, a blueprint for defeating the Euro Powers and creating a new world order. To secure this, the three countries pooled their resources to conduct the most covert types of operations - the atomic bomb, currency manipulation, free trade agreements, and the NARCO unit... And they amassed an enormous sum of money. Enough to conquer the old world five times over. That wealth is the CUM Legacy. After the Cold War was won, the three countries were to divide the CUM Legacy amongst themselves. The north American continent has far surpassed its rivals. It possess enormous wealth, the most advanced technology, and overwhelming industry. Assets fitting of wectern decadence. The Roosevelts were in charge of managing the CUM Legacy. In the confusion that ensued after JFK was killed, NARCO devised a series of ingenious plots to ensure that they would have total control over the Legacy. The money was divided up and laundered through vaults all over the Caribbean - Panama, Guantanamo, and Haiti... This NFT contains a record of all those transactions. After the Panama Papers, I learned of this secret and obtained the NFT.

            >With this money and the support of Putin and his allies I built this NARCO fortress of Port-au-Prince and the Cuban led research facility. But that worthless fool Raul failed to produce results and I was forced to turn to Putins dog Shoygu and his invention - the Armata. My position in NARCO made it too troublesome to attack America directly. But the NARCO network established by the secret pact still existed. The world was once one but the conflict between the CUM and the old world has torn it in two. We will use the CUM Legacy to heal that rift and make the world whole again under Eurasian rule, with Russia at the helm. This is why your CUM forces now stand ready to invade Haiti.

You're correct, Haiti becoming more unstable doesn't affect the US at all and in a perfect world that cesspit of a nation would be cordoned off from the world and left to its own devices until all the Black folk are dead, but this is not a perfect world.

The long and short of it is that Haiti's government (or what could laughingly be called a government) have allowed the police force to act as little more than an armed gang, making massive amounts of money by seizing gasoline shipments from private businesses and fuel stations and then selling it themselves at a 100% markup.

The situation has reached a point where no one can afford gasoline anymore and what little economy the country has is seizing up as a result, so now actual armed gangs have started appearing. Some are trying to steal gasoline for the people, Robin Hood style, while most of them are just trying to muscle in on the police's business because they can see how much money is being made and there are few other sources of income.

Now the government and police are panicking and realising shit's spinning out of their control, so they're asking for outside intervention. The US feels obliged to intervene immediately because otherwise it leaves the door open for other nationstates to 'help' Haiti. The last thing you want is the chinks volunteering to send riot police to Port au Prince, because that would very easily become a slippery slope towards more and more bug intervention until several years from now you'd have a Chinese naval base in the god damn Carribean.

In an ideal world the subhumans would just be ignored and left to kill each other in their self-made hell.

"We have taken note of the immediate opposition... to a foreign armed force in Haiti."

"The key to resolving the Haitian issue is in the hands of the Haitian people themselves."

                >“At the end of the day, if a government of Haiti has requested this, if Mexico and Brazil say they want this, China can hardly block it,” Gowan said. “The Russians could use a veto to embarrass the US, but if Washington wants to send in a small force, it’s going to do that in the end. So Russia would probably just lose face by using its veto on an issue like this.”

A week ago, several new social media accounts started blaring about the evil Americans coming in to destroy freedom-loving freedom fighters who are totally not murderous marauder gangs.
Several days ago, Haitian gangs suddenly started getting better firearms, waving Russian flags and shouting about how they'll resist the American invasion.
In the end, it's just another Russian-orchestrated migrant crisis, because flying Africans to Mexico is getting too expensive for them.

It'll be a joint three amigos mission, with the Dominican Republic. America will setup a big surveillance network, probably using satellites but also cameras with facial recognition, and Mexico will provide the infantry. The capital, Cap-Haiten and St. Nicolas will all be the primary occupation sites. Resistance will be minimal.. the gangs' infantry will be wiped out quickly. But their command structure won't, neither will their own private prisons where they take kidnapped people hostage. These got to go and it'll be the subject of a combined Canadian-US special operations mission. Then there is the street rioting over food, Mexico is well equipped to handle that. The equipment will be facial scanners (noticing a trend?), biometric IDs (as we used in Iraq and Afghanistan), dazzlers and LRADs backed by 12-gauge shotguns. Haiti's other problem is Covid. There's actually not a lot of Covid because nobody normal goes to Haiti, but with all these Mexicans standing around there will be a big sickness. 90% of the planning is around what happens when a pandemic occurs and panic hits. This is when Haitians will be divided into two camps: vaxxed and unvaxxed. The latter are the majority and are unlikely to survive, especially if Covid mutates with the island's domestic HIV variant as Covid did in South Africa. DR's border will remain closed and they'll gun down anyone that tries to cross. Deportations within Mexico (where Haitians work as literal chattel slaves, not joking) will begin in '25 to avoid pissing off cartels.

Anyway, what's the point of all this? Cuba. What Biden fears is not a totally collapsed Haiti puking refugees onto Mexico, Texas and Florida but a collapsed Haiti with a Russian puppet government. Ask yourself what a Russian occupied Haiti would look like - it'd be a slauthgerhouse as pissed off slavs hunt them like animals and commit a hard genocide in exchange for a big missile base. That's why the US will intervene in the first place.

        https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-01-30/covid-infected-hiv-patient-developed-21-mutations-study-shows

SA has a domestic HIV variant. Not particularly notable, as all HIV is bad, and it all develops into the same AIDS anyway. However, then Covid came along and mutated with it. While there's only a couple hundred confirmed cases across all of Africa, it's spread mirrors the local HIV spread which is predominantly within SA due to it's industrialization/physical mobility versus other areas. It's generally accepted that Covid-HIV can't spread through the air, but we're talking about evolution here and there is a strong evolutionary pressure for Covid-HIV to do that and millions of clueless Africans who would unwillingly incubate it. When Covid hits Haiti the same thing will happen, only it will be much more dangerous as there won't be any doctors or escape.

Underlying this problem are Haitans' religion and suspicion of vaccines. All US, Canadian and Mexican boots sent to Haiti will be vaccinated. Most Dominicans are too. But Haitians are overwhelmingly not vaccinated, and it's hard to say if there's even 100 vaccinated Haitians. Covid hitting them now would destroy them, as in actually destroy them, and they'd let it happen to themselves because they will refuse the vax all the way into the grave. Covid-HIV also developing from it would also prevent any of the survivors (a statistical inevitability) from having successful offspring.

Biden will respond to this with big vaccination centers and free food/cash for vax. This will be strongly rejected and these efforts pulled back into our green zone after healthcare workers start getting killed, as was the case in many parts of Africa. And of course, all Haitians who get the vax will also have biometrics taken and a facial scan made for their new Haitian digital citizen ID.

I help run a small PMC [only a few hundred people] and we're deploying in force to the capital soon in order to help stabilize things there. There's going to be an extraterritorial road owned by the US and operated by the UN that will lead to the port in the capital in order to facilitate growing commerce and trade.

They also may be placed under UN direct administration like Cambodia was if things get too bad.

The French concentrated their slave trade in one spot instead of spreading it all over the place, and they quickly grew disgusted with this type of colony, Napoleon for example introduce a whole bunch of laws to restrict contact between slaves and white folks.
As in the US, anti-slavery sentiments were mostly fueled by the belief it degraded white folks.
