That's what they want you to think!
The whole clusterfuck in Ukraine was just to dupe the decadent west into underestimating Mother Russia's glorious supply corps!

      training

Yeah, just a weird air frame to use for aerial refueling practice. I guess those crews need the practice too.

The best part of this is that you could substitute literally any state and it would still work.

    Well, the boxes are

Bit serious: there is a bit of a concern of lose nukes getting into miltia hands. The US trusts UKie, sonce they made most of the nukes for the soviets, but the the others is all unknown

You're only looking now because 4chan told you to. If you looked at the flight radar every day you'd see lots of weird stuff. The fact that their transponders are on means they want people to see it. It's a show. Just like when they have AWACS and shit with the transponder on flying around Ukraine's border. It says to Russia 'does Ukraine know what we know? Try something and find out".

Stuff like this is always flying, their job doesn’t have an endpoint, world peace could be achieved tomorrow and it’d still be testing for samples

    Fun fact 1:
nuclear monitoring aircraft is just as useful at detecting shit going fuckywucky with nuclear plants.
    Fun fact 2:
Theres war happening in a country that has multiple nuclear power plants
It would be much weirder if the aircraft was not there/

      Fun fact 3:
Russia just did a panic evacuation of a nuclear arms depot.
So they're probably also sniffing around in case there were any non-explosive mishaps in the process (the explosive sort would be impossible to miss).

The biggest risk is them being detonated in transport via sabotage or mishap. Cousin Valery may well accidentally hit the erect and fire emergency button trying to find the cigarette lighter in the dark because the base Colonel has stolen all the lights out of the truck cabs.

Sniffing the fallout of the Bong depleted uranium that got kaboomed should produce a good data set. An actual dirty bomb going off in the most significant latitudes in a likely future location. Opportunity to confirm the computer models and refine simulation windows.
