I think it's the simple straight slope instead of weird shapes like on Russian BTRs. Flat front too.
Also I have no idea if it's a modified old BTR or a completely new design, but I've seen Ukies call Bradley "BTR" too. "BTR Bradley". BTR(Bronetransporter) literally just means Armored Transporter in Russian/Ukrainian.

Cracks in welds you mean. They got better after whatever the frick got sorted out in the production process.

        >after whatever the frick got sorted
I imagine they were improperly coolling the hulls after welding. When the welds are done you have to put the hull in a furnace at 300c to cure the welds.

I think the separate operator that can stay nin cover is very nice. Next step would be optics separate from launcher so the reload dosent shake the targeting.

that, and allowing multiple launchers to be connected to single control unit, so operator can launch missiles one after an other wihtout reloads.

Vilkha just wasn't ordered, but it's ready for mass-production. Same with stugna, but we got lucky that arabs ordered a frickton of stugnas
Same with Neptune. Almost same with Grim, "80% complete" in feb. 2021. Our missile program was massively sabotaged by moskals too, but it doesn't mean we're incompetent. FYI, Iskander and Kalibr, as well as basically all moskal precise weapons, had Ukrainian guidance systems. And they can't replace it, in newly manufactured missiles CEP is so good that they hit hotels 30 meters away from the outer perimeter of military factory near that hotel

They like these more than most Western rifles.
      >why
Mags and ammo commonality with AK74 series and due to most of SF's combat being close range and full auto the trigger isn't a issue.

I'm really starting to hate Ukrainians. I've gone from total indifference, to mild (read non-financial) support, to utter contempt.

Russian subversion is responsible for the Western Left and gun control.

That and defiling /k/ merits extermination of all vatniks and sympathizer. Those who kill Russians are good thereby.

To clarify, Bohdana and Neptune are the big memes in UA military community. Let's say, Bohdana wasn't the main reason for ruskies to flee from the Snek Island.

Tell us more. I've heard Bohdana gets chassis cracks which is why it still is the single prototype since the war started and there wasn't opportunity to try to fix it.

Any non-shit welder can reinforce big truck (which is what wheeled arty like that really are) chassis easily and it doesn't take long for a team (individuals do it in Burgerland) to double frame them.

Unbolt bed (or cannon), raise on jacks after placing crossbeams to clear wheels, drive forward then have at it. My welding instructor used to stretch and shorten used trucks for agra businesses and helping was big fun. Big wrecker builders in the US build custom rotators etc of similar size as shop projects because it saves obscene money.

        >Bohdana gets chassis cracks
I'm not privy to the details, but "gun too stronk, trukk too weak. Send back to engineers for more work" is the gist of it.

That said they have been making some flavour of that particular truck in Ukraine for decades now, so they have the labour and parts to keep everything going without introducing new logistical nonsense. At least for the truck part.

Gun itself worked marvelously in the January 2022 field trials. Then it was the little gun that could for most of Snek Island drama, but I do wonder how many trucks they went through.

Wouldn't it be not too difficult to rework the design ("field expediently" as well) to reinforce the stressed section and deal with any potential future cracks (given the other sections that'll deal with the recoil without additional reinforcement)?
It seems to have potential as a "domestic budget Caesar" or something like the Chinese wheeled howitzers in concept. Long barrel and high mobility makes a good combination.

Also how do they get memed in the Ukrainian military community anyways?

Absolutely zero talk about it. So much so its kinda sus tbqh.

This past summer, i forget who, but aome official was giving a lengthy interview. Journo asked him about Bohdana, his reply was

            >I have no comment at this time. It was a terrible gun. Better to forget about it. Next question

Which immediately maade me, and probably everyone who listened, take note of it kek. Turned out it was working the Russians on Snake Island for quite a while at that time.

meanwhile, whats actually 'winning' the war is zelinski being handed all of russias battle plans (yet ignoring them and the warnings initially) on a silver platter by the CIA and the untold billions of cash and munitions, not to mention 'old' nato assets that still outclass russian counterparts

there is not a single thing in OP's list that has done fricking anything worth an actual damn lmao
