>see this >get really excited expecting something like the Mossberg Brownie >it's single action >it has no sights >it has no extractor, groves to use your finger nail to extract cases, or place to store a rod or stick for use as an extractor (while with the NAA mini revolvers you can use the cylinder axis pin as an extractor) >it was first announced 5 years ago >originally announced at $320 but now they're talking about a price in the $400 to $500 range, while a basic NAA .22lr mini revolver will set you back $250 with options that have sights in the $300-$400 range
That was a fast fricking ride from being quite excited, to being disappointed but still hopeful, to ceasing to care.
Nearly 2lbs unloaded, something like a 14# trigger pull, maybe more I haven't used a pull on mine. Definitely more than any smith I've shot. Ergonomics of a brick and carries like one, you really need a holster because it's so dense it doesn't pocket carry well at all compared to even heavier revolvers or autos, it's a neat novelty and even with low flash .38s it puts out an impressive flame, even moreso at dusk.
Does it all shoot at once?
cycles barrels based on number of trigger pulls iirc
I want it!!
I wish some company would release a new 4 barrel derringer in .22lr. The COP would no doubt be quite painful to shoot when loaded with .357 though.

Iver Johnson Pocket Ace, already on the wait list.

I want one chambered for .45LC or .454 Casull/.410, with 6" barrels. Maybe a board or holster stock that slots into the grip.
Just buy a Taurus Judge?
It's a Taurus, and it only has 1 barrel.
>Taurus is… le bad!!
Still stuck in the 80’s gramps?
>can't reverse img search
Who makes this?

COP Inc., production stopped in 1990.
I’ve always wanted one but I hear they’re sub optimal
They're super heavy and basically shit. I don't think the barrels were regulated either, so they all hit at different points.
That's the gun from 1978's Death on the Nile, right?
You spelled "terrible design" wrong.
What’s the name of the gun this was based on? I know it was used by the British military in the late 19th century
Lancaster
K thx bye
Lancaster/Howdah
Thoughts on this thing? It seems like a reliable design; don't see any way the action can catch on anything.
OP how the frick do you zero 4 different barrels? I'm bit saying it's impossible, but how much would it cost to make this thing accurate?
Just keep them parallel.
The recoil in .357 Mag is pure agony and the trigger is heavy to the point of utter hilarity. Far worse pull than a revolver for some reason.
