    >8+ lbs
    >Sub 30-30 muzzle energy
    >Sub 450yd ballistics
    > 2,5 moa is considered excellent for 7,62 aks
    >Non subsonic friendly, overgassed gas system
    > Dwarf tier LOP
    > Barrel whip on anything bigger than 7,62x39 ( no zastava m76 aren't exempt from it)
    > Dodgy optical mounting system, that make servicing the gun a hassle
    > Laughably bad underbarrel grenade launcher
    > Equally laughably bad rail mounting options

Yeah sure it's an apex firearms, for Vidya kiddies and poor as shit 3rd worlders

newbie here - why don't modern AKs have a straight back stock? Aren't those lowered types of stocks known to make recoil climb the barrel instead of move straight backwards?

I thought that was one of those straight up improvements the stoner AR platform made but loads of automatic guns still have the dropped stock

I guess, seems like a lot of the blowback stuff is still above the stock tho.

They would have to reconfigure the iron sights.

personal opinion if you disagree I don't care, I've owned Krebs, Arsenal, AK USA, as collectibles but like it's NOT a superior system

shit ergos, manlet length of pull, doesn't work with armor rigs, cheek weld isn't great
blasts frickin gas everywhere, runs dirty as shit
    trigger slap
fricking awful sights for hitting moving targets
if you frick up a reload youre breaking it down and getting raped while you start over
moronic oversized, loud muzzle devices that overcompensate and drive the barrel down awkwardly

forward mounted magnification optics, railed dust covers, side rail mount, and the infamous midwest industries quad rail are probably the most cancerous ways to unachieve accuracy I've ever seen.

they don't particularly cool very well either youre just holding a hot handguard all day or wearing gloves and looking like a pussy. at any point during a shooting day you WILL burn your rig or your leg with the barrel that is somehow still hot

You're only still an AKgay because you haven't picked up a VZ.
