>TFW all imports of Russian steel case will cease for good in the next 4 months
>TFW 95% of the new steel case ammo on the rifle ammo market is still Russian despite companies working to bring in ammo from elsewhere
>TFW 7.62x39mm is the only rifle caliber getting any new steel case ammo that isn't from Russia at this point
>TFW PSA's steel case line is vaporware
How close to 50cpr are .223 and 7.62x39mm going to end up costing once Russian steel case leaves the market? It seems like anything that isn't Russian steel case or commercial reloads is already close to 45cpr after shipping at the cheapest, and for 7.62x39mm 1/5 of the ammo on the market is still Russian steel case as well.
yeah life sucks idk what to tell you big man
Glad I got my spam cans
The unfortunate reality is that you'll always run out unless you stop shooting.
That's why they invented dry fire
Dry fire is just masturbation.
Masturbation makes you better at sex
So is larping.

AR-15 bros, we won
I take it there are no other countries that could fill the void? I wonder why Turkey or the Philippines haven't considered entering the market. I understand China can't due to sanctions, but those two are "allies" of ours so I'd imagine could actually export to us without hassle. Turkey probably has a few large ammo manufacturers already running yet all we get is lame shotguns from them.
Companies are importing from Bulgaria (Ammo Inc, Arsenal, Global Ordnance), Turkey (Sterling), and Kyrgyzstan (BSP). They just aren't importing the quantities that we got from Russia. Supposedly there's an interview out there somewhere about Wolf exiting the game because they can't get the quantities they got from Russia from anywhere else.
The reality is that cheap steel case ammo is more than likely a thing of the past.
Any newly produced steel case ammo is more than likely earmarked and shipped to Ukraine.
Hopefully after this Speshul Military Operashun is over, Romania, Bulgaria and the other "friendly" countries that still produce steel case ammo will be able to send loads of ammo to the US at a decent price.
But I ain't holding my breath.
Buy what you can afford now before it's even more scarce and even more expensive.
>.223 and 7.62x39 are heading toward costing what .308 used to, under Obama
It's over.
it's not fair
>7.62, .223, .308
>Oh no, not those calibers I love them so much.
Anyways.
So how long until companies start bringing out something to address the problem of practicing while all centerfire rifle ammunition has become significantly less affordable?
>just waiting a year or two for Russia to collapse
You guys will be getting 100 rounds for like 3 dollars
