Can you put plates in it? If not it's fricking dumb. If you can, it's still fricking dumb.

If you're considering buying it, please do so. The sooner morons are parted from their purchasing power the better.

Is that not just football pads with less practical use? You'd be better off strapping a pot lid to your chest.

Buy it as long as when you use it, you wear nothing but the armor

Would be cool if this was actual armor and not just some plastic shaped to look like armor.

He’d be more protected with the cold war era stuff than modern plate carrier set up. Modern plate carrier set up hinges a lot on you being in a team with other people, some with the capability to treat you when you get shot up, and then casevac‘d out of there and into proper medical support.
If you’re lone wolf’ing, you better fricking hope to god you only get shot in your plates, because you’re fricked otherwise.

It's plastic consoomer shit that doesn't even look good. Do homework and put together a functioning full body protective carrier for the same price (probably not an osprey since plates of that size are hard to get but you get the idea).

Osprey had two different plate compartments inside it, small and large.
You'll be able to find something to put in it.

If I ever went on a personal crusade it would be in a Ronin helmet and musuo black body paint. But if you think a larp suit is better go for it.

Can't use earpro with this thing so it's worthless despite costing over $3000. Giving up your hearing by wearing foam plugs is not worth the trade off of using active earpro that lets you still hear your surroundings.

        >ear pro
I would of course be using a samurai sword in my hypothetical personal crusade. But thanks for the heads up, that sounds like a pretty fricking stupid oversight for a 3000 dollar piece of gear.

Would you open the box, put it on, and feel comfortable getting shot with a point-blank .22lr? If no, it's useless and you shouldn't buy it. If yes, you're dangerously moronic and still shouldn't buy it.

Why not just use Hoplite's full body armor system? You can get thigh and shoulder plates with it. You can also get a crotch blade from another company that's rated to stop 5.56 if I recall.

Actually I just checked and Hopite offers everything. This is pretty much full body cover for as much of the body that matters. They offer 3+ that stops m80 and m193 for limbs and level IV for torso. Anything wrong with this?

Missing side kevlar, kevlar warbelt, neck and inner thigh protection. Frontal thigh protection is redundant

Whoa where'd you get that LIBA neck plate?
And careful about those UARM plates, they photoshop some results of their Ballistic test reports, and one of their poly plates, if anything, got penned by a rated threat. Shady af

well, they didn't technically lie about the test reports, they just did a poor job of removing the (lethal) BFD data from them.
