But look at all of the other manpads, Igla, Starstreak, Martlet, Piorun, Strela all of them have numerous videos and kills accredited to them the stinger has none. Are the batteries shit?

Most likely the Stingers were sent to the reserve or TDF forces due to their age. They are older and less capable than Starstreak and Piorun, and weren't sent in the mass volume that Igla and Strela have.
The problem with the Stinger is that MANPADs were pretty low on the Army's list of priorities so there wasn't a lot of effort or money put into upgrading them. The current stock is due to be obsolete in 2023 and they're looking for a replacement by 2026.
