Sup PrepHolex/,
I've long looked for a non-exhaustive compendium of paranormal entities from cultures around the world and more specifically how to fucking end them. Wooden stakes for vampires, white-ash bullets for skinwalkers, etc, etc. Seeing as no such compendium exists, I've decided to make one myself.
So I ask of you, tell me about spooky shit from your local area and (to your knowledge) the best way to get rid of them.
Want bad shit gone? Power of christ, simple as
Faith is a powerful tool. Always good to get your weapon of choice sanctified by a local holy person. However, Christ isn't gonna do shit against a djinn in an Islamic country - you need to take the local faith into consideration.
Djinn only fuck with those of their land, they know what's up
But sometimes their land becomes our land, and they need to git
Christ is King. a Djinn will buckle at the power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Have you tried asking in /tg/? Fantasy creatures and how to kill them is their specialty.
I'm concerned about real-life mythos, not dragons and elves. Unless it's Chinese dragons and Scandinavian elves.
>I'm concerned about real-life mythos, not dragons and elves
...Why do those not count?
Because they're from fantasy fiction and not local mythology. Unless you consider Tolkien to be European mythology.
...Yes they are. Go look up who St George is and what he (supposedly) did.
I know the legend, but that's not how you framed it. You implied I find my answers in a DND rulebook.
You think that dragons come from videogames. You're retarded.
Don't project that unto me, you're the gay who suggested I go ask /tg/
No I'm not. Just pissed that you discounted European mythology because it appears in D&D.
I'm not discounting European mythology, I'm discounting D&D, and per extension /tg/
>Just pissed that you discounted European mythology because it appears in D&D.
I'd discount Euro mythology just because its Euro trash.
>Because they're from fantasy fiction and not local mythology
I'm curious what you think the difference is. Fantasy Fiction is nearly entirely based on local fiction from somewhere. 99% of what you'd find in a D&D book, Harry Potter, Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest video game, is just rehashed local mythology from somewhere else.
Silver for things you can touch, salt for things you can't.
Just get salty silver knuckle dusters and solve all your problems like a man.

You realize wendigos don't exist, right? And even if they did exist, they don't go after humans. We just want to live peacefully. They're harmless, also.
