    F35 is a good plane
Literally 90% of all of the bad information from it comes from one single source that has been cited by every western news corporation
    >Russia Today
The stealth, EW, and insane range and target acquisition of the f35 has literally NOTHING in the world that can counter it.
The F-35 is to previous generation aircraft, as slingshots are to guns

F-35 is literally the least crash prone fighter ever produced.
Just taking a random year 1988.
    https://www.f-16.net/aircraft-database/F-16/mishaps-and-accidents/year/1988/

11 F-16's were written off in a single year, that's actually slightly below the average of 15.

The total number of written off F-35's in is 7.

And despite all this two F-35'As wiped out six F-15SG's in pitch black '22 without either JSF being lost.
When the fricking strike fighter is cleaning the floor with the single best air dominance platform of the 20th century that's how you start to figure out why the F-35 hasn't lost a single competitive fighter bid that its entered.

This is why SK is hedging their fighter arsennel with the KF21, SK air force tier 1 fighters will be 40% F35s and 60% KF21s, tier 2 will be F15s, F16s and FA50s

    >shoots your plane down from behind the horizon and leaves again .

accept it . dog fights wont be on the table for a while . maybe with new anti air tech that can pick off rockets , other ways to detect enemy aircraft and new accomplishments in stealth speed manourverability and tankyness followed by price per unit and maintenance . forcing ambush and hit and run tactics to be changed isnt easly redun .

Its not tho, if that were the case there would be a scramble to achieve parity. Unless the US rolls out something truly game changing fat amy is gonna stay the meme it always has been.

You only think the F35 sucks because you've been paying attention to every single teething issue it's had because it's been subjected to massive public scrutiny (rightfully so for such an expensive and important piece of tech). You fail to consider that other fighters have the same problems you just fail to hear about them (if they're even noticed or publicly acknowledged).

The fact of the matter is that the F35 is most cost-effective and advanced fighter any country not called the United States of America has available to it by a longshot.

not sure about cost effective, but it is the most dominant, and us burgers can actually make them. russia will have ~24 air show ready felons in 5 years. china imo is a wildcard. I don't think EU will try to make a stealth aircraft given just how expensive they are to make

there's a non-zero chance that we won't even have a russia in 5 years. I think the felon is dead, jim.
