Honestly I fricking love Kel Tec. All of their shit is stupid and wacky but we'd be worse off without those glue sniffers.

Cause sometimes, ya gotta be a little moronic to make progress.

Kel-tec is awesome. They're in the process of releasing their first steel framed wood grip pistol too.
I wish they would spend a little more time refining their designs is all. I could b***h about plenty regarding most of their products but they're so cool.
My cp33 with a can is hearing safe, holds 33 rounds in the handle, is reliable and even my nub friends shoot it with a high degree of accuracy. It's super fun to let other people shoot. Kel-tec's quad stock pistol magazine for a rimfire cartridge no less has been suprisingly reliable. The way they integrated the feedramp into the magazine is clever. Kel-tec is just awesome.

Oh, and don't forget they shipped a frick ton of guns to Ukrain free of charge.

Hell, there doesn't even necessarily have to be any progress. Sometimes it's just fun to have something wacky as frick to show up at the range in this ocean of AR derivatives and dime a dozen handguns.

This is exactly the niche they are going for and it's why they're still around. People here forget you can go out and shoot guns for fun. You don't have to go full larper every time you go out to put some lead in the side of a hill.

SPBP innovation isn’t perfection. But I miss the days when tech companies made their products different and weird at the cost of efficiency. Flip phones, MP3s, computers, cars, and clothes were all unique and gave you a change to find the perfect fit. Now the companies decide what’s best and we adapt to it. Lame.

Agreed. I recently acquired the RDB17 and I love the lines. It doesn't have that scifi prop look like the Steyr or Tavor. It feels great in my hands, not cheap or sloppy. Lifetime warranty. Accepts all STANAG plastic or steel.

Anyone hating on KelTec doesn't own one.

      Will report after range time.

Hear me out. What if we make a lever action 50BMG, but the lever isn't in the normal cowboy levergun position, its on the right side, so you use the lever like a bolt. Bottom eject and feeds from the left side, Barrett mags of course. We are a budget gun company, after all.

If it's keltec is has to be ambidextrous. Put the lever on the top of the butt so you have to grip it with your armpit and do some weird chicken wing action with the whole gun to work the lever.

No no no. Make the lever be on top and have it operate like a crossbow wienering handle.

That's babyshit. I'm working on a home-defense Pavise and I will sell this shit to Kel Tec unironically. To make things really easy mathematically, I'll simplify many measurements. Hear me out.
      You take a Pavise.
      Height: 900mm
      Width: 400mm
You take sufficiently strong tubing, along the line of a 12 gauge shotgun. And you line the entire thing with it, so that all barrels point directly forwards, away from you.
      >b-b-but what about structural integrity?
      Don't care. That's for liberals.
With inefficiency, debending on exact tubing size and since you want at least some wood left, you are looking at around 15 barrels horizontally and 35 barrels vertically.
      15 x 35 = 525 Barrels
I thought a lot about what kind of trigger I want and I'm either looking at a simple fuse trigger or I will add another pavise behind this one with an offset hinge (so that there is room between the two pavises). Effectively turning the second pavise into a sort of slamfire-door.
Every single barrel is filled with snakeshot. I expect about 120 pellets per barrel.
      This effectively gives me 525 * 120 pellets = 63.000 pellets.
      >Lmao what even is the application of this moronic piece of sh-
      Shut the frick up.
Imagine some poor fricker kicks down your door, brandishing his oh-so-tough revolver or whatever girls use these days. And he stares down a dude dressed in full hussite armor, alongside 525 barrels of pure anti-idolatorian hate.
"FOR JAN HUS!" The Hussite screams as he slams what you can only describe as a sort of door(?) on the backside of his pavise and turns the entire housing block into a Trypophobics worst nightmare.

We're bringing actually efficient firearms back, whether you like it or not.

        Sounds baller.

Hey has anybody else ever looked at the Kel-Tec's address on google street view? Theyre just in some unassuming warehouse on one of those semi-jungly Florida roads, the building says "Bradbury Robotics" on it, and its across the road from a Seventh-Day Adventist church.

It's like hearing about this grand insane wizard of terrible power and finding out he's really just some mild mannered but nutty hermit in a cave somewhere bending sheet metal to amuse himself.

Okay so here's the deal, .32 acp volley fire derringer. Nine tiny barrels that all go off in a single strike so the DA can't ask why you shot the perp nine times. It's a single trigger pull so you can just say you shot once, and it fires that many because .32 acp is weak.

Well there's not much getting around the minimum size constraints of a firearm. You can't have a slide based pistol that low profile or it'd rape your thumb, which implies a contained blowback or gas system, which implies a certain minimum size.
