I might have to buy and live in one of these things soon
>dad's gonna give me 20k
>I can spend it on one of these and live out on my grandmas
>hard finding good ones for under 30k but there are some for $17,000
>small as frick but have working showers
>either this or spend the money on a real house and a few months of bills and try to join society before the money runs out
wat do
>working showers
are they plumbed by magic?
>are they plumbed by magic?
Ofc not moron, not from the factory. The magician comes by after it's set up to do the water spells.
Just build one yourself, it's gonna be at least twice cheaper than buying a premade one.
Pic related, total cost 15k euro, 480sqft. Should be even cheaper to build in the US, because material prices aren't as ridiculous as in the EU, I don't think.
Birdhouse ehehe...picrel
US is cheaper but at a lower quality.
The lack of roof overhangs really rustles my jimmies, but nice build anon
is it some prebuild? do you have more info i loking for something to replace old cabine or for future build
this or spend the money on a real house and a few months of bills and try to join society before the money runs out
This. Buy a cheap place with no plumbing/electrical issues then DIY everything else.
>try to join society before the money runs
literal NEET
get a fricking job
Build your own. Dont pay some chink company. Have you even built a shed before?
>600cm x 300cm x 300cm
How tf are you gonna fit in a house 600 centimeters long and 300 centimeters tall?
Already bigger than some studio type apartments
Just buy a shed and add insulation and plumbing. I have seen sheds driving down the road in the rural south that are bigger than that prefabricated house.
you'd need heat and insulation too
make sure you sing up for the Amazon card to get $50 off to put towards some owens-corning
Buy a single wide trailer
IDK the philosophy of buying shitty mini-houses when the cheap solution to housing already exists.
It's usually people trying to bypass zoning/permits on a technicality, or they've seen a youtube with some woman claiming she only spent 10K on her 5 bed 3 bath dream home, and conveniently glossing over the fact that her general contractor husband/friend/cousin/brother did all the plumbing and electrical, and most of the other labor, for free
why dont you just build your own small house op, its really not that hard. Literally just cutting wood and nailing it together, itd be cheaper and a lot more satisfying. Way easier than youd think
Cost of house.
Cost of shipping. (Coming from China, waiting a few months to get it and Chemical smells)
Cost to get power, water, and sewer connected.
House won't last that long till something breaks or catch on fire due to low quality parts/hardware/building materials.
Get a job and invest your money.
Or learn a skill, buy tools, and make money.
