My concern is I know that if I get one I’m going to end up open carrying. Because it’s going to be so easy to wear it with a t shirt and sweats. And then I’m going to be the open carry guy in my neighborhood

Just dress like the singer from smash mouth he's got the lazy wigger vibe down right. Also if that fat fricker can survive the heat of an extra button up shirt you can too!

They're alright, buy a cheapo to see if it's something you're even considering then get a quality one ~$200+ fitted for you.

They’re only good if they have wide shoulder straps and some way to fix it to your belt to stop it from flapping around constantly, otherwise very comfy and I really like the one I have for my Desert Eagle.

Is Galco a good brand? I have the disposable income to buy a quality rig

Galco is the best off-the-shelf you can get IMO.

They're borderline fedora-tier unless you spend some dosh on one (like at least Galco mentioned above).
They're super comfy IMO, but unless you're carrying a gun with a sub-compact make sure you get one that has the gun positioned vertically.
Just don't think that you're Bond... or even Craig for that matter. And make sure to dress to match, business casual at the least.

Asked this question numerous time. Hardly get any answer. Maybe /k/ommandos never wear proper suits.

I'm surprised they even have money for guns.

The straps are uncomfortable, the gun being there is uncomfortable and annoying, it preint pretty bad, the draw sucks, your flagging everything g behind you, you can flag your own arm on the draw, you have to wear a coat or open shirt, and you can't take it off.
Bad decisions, I won't make them again

By that logic you technically flag your femoral artery whenever you carry on the waistband. Maybe your chest is too wide for the holster you bought?

No, you do not flag your femoral when carrying on your waist.
Appendix might flag your pelvic artery, but normal waist carry should not be pointing at your femur, moron

Get a string and pull the trigger when it’s holstered on your belt then, report back with results

Thayd not an argument, at no time is a firearm on the belt at the 3-5 o clock position aiming at your femoral artery.

a gun in a holster covering the trigger isn't flagging

The on your draw you're flagging everyone behind and to the side of you, including your own arm unless you keep it up like a moron.

I have one for my PPK modeled off that exact holster. Spectre holster, from Holsteris in Lithuania. It's nice, but I really only use it at home where I'm wearing nothing but the holster.

I like the look of the craft holsters and think it would be the most comfortable way to carry a bigger pistol, but I just don't have a use for them. It's also way too hot here to wear a jacket most of the year.
It's a little cringe reading anons saying you have to dress business casual to pull it off. You can wear whatever the frick you want and look good if you're jacked.
