Guns are very sensitive to calibration changes. You fricked up your slide by cutting it and removing parts from it, that shouldn't have ever been cut. You fricked up you gun with meme energy and it'll never work right now. Only thing you can do is to buy an entire new slide and internals. Next time, don't start cutting shit if you don't know what you're cutting.

What's been changed on it since factory? What ammo? Try hotter ammo.
I would look into the ejector, extractor, recoil spring and try other magazines and check function without the light/laser and RDS

Remove red dot and see if it still has issues. Also give it to someone else to shoot to see if it's just you limp wristing or the gun.

To add on if the gun stops having malfunctions after removing the dot you might unironically need a bigger speed hole or swap to a lighter recoil spring weight. If there's still issues did you make sure to use factory parts for the slide? The safety plunger especially on the brownells parts kits like to be gay sometimes and may require reprofiling (chuck it in a drill and hold some fine sand paper to it then polish) or just buy a factory plunger.

Looks like a Glock gen3 frame and Nu-Glock slide assembly to me. If it is it's an incompatible combo

What does your ejector look like?
Try different ammo. The last box of Winchester USA Ready ammo I got was weak shit and every round failed to cycle. Ammo I got from before 2020 shoots just fine.

If completely new, possibly may need to be broken in, oil, grease and hot rounds. What ejector is installed? Is there a number stamped on it? There's a few different ones to try
