You never "run out", you just ration shit so you can go on longer.
Take missiles: "it was barrage a day" early war, then a smaller one, then s300 in ballistic mode
then a barrage every few daya week

now its shasneeds and the occasional chimpout.
This is how it looks, you cant persecute all missions you have available, just most crotical ones.

            >Zero (0) video had emerged of dirt bikes being used for anything but reconnaissance missions
Was there a lot of video showing Russian recon via motorcycle that I never noticed before? I don't recall it being a common tactic of theirs in the first two years of the war.
Also, why would they send two men on a dirt bike for recon instead of using a drone?
And why TWO men on one dirt bike? I'd think maneuvering would be easier without a passenger. The only use case I can think of for Two Mobiks One Bike would be if the Russian Ground forces needed to ferry one mobik someplace, like the frontlines, and then have the other one take the bike back to pick up the next passenger.
But none of that makes sense unless Russia is running low on drones or BMPs, right?

When you can't reinforce your units, you've ran out. You have a tank brigade with 80 tanks, but you loose half of those in a month. You receive only 30 tanks as replacement, which means you are 10 tanks short - your unit is combat ineffective.

Ukie claims are wildly inflated. There’s a limit though, like that Air Force spokesperson who got fired likely due to making up a new Russian bomber shoot-down every day. For the higher-IQs who care about reality: it’s not that there’s a conscious policy decision to lie to the public, it’s just severe political pressure to perform and show success, so a lot of people up and down the chain of command are strongly incentivized to be very optimistic in reports and for others to believe in optimistic reporting. So AD command says yeah we totally shot at those bombers and uh statistically at least one should have maybe probably have been hit so…and so the Air Force chose to report good news of a bomber being shot down because that’s what’s everyone wants to hear. It’s not as if Zelensky has secret cabinet meetings where they figure out a policy for fabricating this stuff, that’s not how real government organizations work. Remember this is a country which needs to make guesses about its OWN losses, there will absolutely be a very aggressive move towards inflation of enemy losses.
