Screw extender?

I want to add a wooden board to a metal frame bed, but I don't want to drill holes to screw it on.
Does smth like pic related exist or are there other non-moronic ways of doing it?

You could just take out the existing screws and put in longer ones...

That was ofc the first thing I thought of, but wouldn't that frick with the integrity of the metal bed? Basically the main reason why I bought it

Take out one of the screws and bring it with you to the hardware store to make sure the new screws have the same threads.

You seem too dumb to even stack blocks. Just buy tape and use that on everything from now on.

Just get some bit-tip screws blast them right through the frame into the wood. No need to drill holes.
