school portable buildings

What would you do with 1-2 old school portable buildings? Plop them down on a piece of land and turn it into a living space? A business?

Yeah I'd gut them and treat them as any other modular building. Living space probably.

those are call trailers you can find them in trailer parks. also because for $25k and not having to move them you can build an actual shop.

I didn't say anything about portable buildings having permanent foundations ding dong.

STEEL buildings(like garages, etc) need a concrete foundation or at least a concrete stem wall

They don't. Out here they use auger anchors. YMMV.

              Concrete not required.

I bolted my Steelmaster to a large I-beam down each side. Used it for three years, got orders, tore it down (anti-seize on all hardware made it easy) then rebuilt it again on the same beams. I later welded those to two others as a permanent slab form then poured but the slab doesn't support the structure. It supports what I put thereon.

Nothing for that price. Maybe if moved for free or already on the land I have I would use it for various things. Throw up walls and make it into a guest house.
If you are really itching to spend that much on something questionable then go on Amazon and get pic. Either way you need to have a pad and hookups.

Can't post the link without getting flagged for spam. Apparently the price does include moving it to your property + taxes.

I'd light that shit on fire and drink a 12 pack while watching it burn because I fricking hated going to school in those pieces of shit and they still fill me with rage 20+ years later.

Price moving them too. If you don't instantly know what you want them for, you don't need them.
