100% doubt. I used to believe this BS just like I used to believe the Ancap/Nosteponsnek gayry as a teen. Fact of the matter is, only if moral and intelligent people were armed and everyone else disarmed, would the world be a better place. So though I wouldn't take away some shitbags right to own a gun, I wouldn't be like an oblivious NRA boomer trying to get Jamal, Jose, and Cletus to own a lot of AR15s.

Tauruses have that dystopian corporate brown mutt mystery meat soulless, cheap but somehow work good enough for government work feel. From the way they look, to the way they shoot. It's really quite charming and feel extremely utilitarian, something you can buy multiples off and use and abuse like a tool without worry. Unfortunately this is the route all firearm makers are going as they've noticed that quality firearms isn't where the $$$ is, cheap and mass produced barely working firearms make more money.

It’s not ideal but yes, especially with the supreme court trying to fuck him up at every way possible and impossible
Before no one could get a gun, now you can get anything up to .50 bmg and not being full auto if you’re 25yo
Carrying is also legal now due a loophole he did, if you’re stopped by the police you simply have to say you’re on your way to the shooting range
He wants to make a new constitution where gun ownership is a right if he wins the reelection

There are no aftermarket polygonal barrels for the Sig P320. They provide significantly higher muzzle velocity for the same barrel length. It's nearly the difference between +P and standard pressure ammo. Sig doesn't do them because they're cheap and low volume.

Switch safeties are infinitely better than "Muh Trigger Discipline" especially since Glock keeps being recommended to newguns.

Disassembly lever is also what EVERYONE ELSE does, because it's a more robust, safer, and efficient design.

              >Switch safeties are infinitely better than "Muh Trigger Discipline" especially since Glock keeps being recommended to newguns.
As they should be. Glocks and other similar striker fired guns without manual safeties are the simplest and least finicky guns to learn on. If they want extraneous crap like manual safeties, it's better for them to learn they're unnecessary early on and view them as a quirk similar to magazine safeties.
              >Disassembly lever is also what EVERYONE ELSE does, because it's a more robust, safer, and efficient design.
The PPQ and PDP don't have one. The P10C doesn't have one either. It's neither safer, nor is it more "robust", In the case of the P320 or other guns where the lever can be removed from the frame, it can be lost or the user can forget to install it when reassembling. This requires the user to pull the trigger to separate the FCU from the slide (unless they have tools) thereby negating any "safety" benefit from the takedown lever.

                >Lots of people who can shoot circles around you carry with safeties.
You're purposefully mixing together guns that actually need a manual safety to be carried safely with a round chambered (like a 1911) with troglodytes who buy a striker fired gun like a P320 with a manual safety. Yes, of course there are people who carry 1911s who could outshoot me. Many 1911 carriers tend to be enthusiasts and very dedicated to learning the ins and outs of their gun. A person who carries a striker fired gun like a P320 with a manual safety though is almost by definition an incurious person with a lack of familiarity with firearms. I have no problem claiming I could outshoot anyone who carries in this configuration.

G19 is your best all around glock. Actually easier to conceal than a full size grip, with 99% the shooting ability of it's G17 sized competitor. You can also throw in the standard 17 round mags in a 19.

Second to the 19 I'd say the 34, good enough for competition and duty use. And if you can CCW a 45, you can CCW a 34 since grip length is really the only factor when concealing and they have the exact same grip length.

            >G19 is the best
That was my initial take too, but grip is really too small, I have large type hands. So 45, because its not as long as 17 when suppressed. My personnal ranking for all-around would be 45 > 17 > 19. For cool factor only, longslides like 34 or even 40 are just my game and beat the rest.

I'm just wondering if it's worth it. .40 S&W ammo isn't a problem for me since I already handload 10mm, so I just need to get some brass which there is always tons of it at my range (think the local PD shoot there). I'm just wondering if it's truly worth the $350 or not, since if I'm not mistaken they used to be a lot cheaper in the past. Granted, those prices will never come back but still.
Maybe I should just say fuck it and do it. I've become really interested in .40 lately and I feel the urge to get something in it.

But it's fairly reliable (this aspect somehow manages to get overhyped and underappreciated), and I still trust my life to with with the only modifications I ever make is replacing the stock sights and getting it milled for a particular optic. I can also buy a brand new one for under $400 with the Glock Sports program.

    Nothing nice to say.

        Sold my g20 to a friend, now I want a G29.
        Should I?

If you want. I had one once. It's fun for a little while. Then I moved on.

no the only reason to get a glock 10mm now is the g40 bc it has the long slide, if I wanted any other barrel length I would get a smith and wesson, and i would not buy a compact 10mm that sounds awful

You say awful, I say comical.
10mm in a compact is getting close to noisy cricket levels.

The G29 really isn't that bad if you have some good handgun experience. I always shoot my handguns at least once without ears also to be aware of what kind of report it's putting off. Crazy thing is only 45ACP gives me instant tinnitus without ears.

I have a G29, i hate it. Its too short of a grip for how much recoil it has. Im 6ft 4 so i have a big hands and penis, i can shoot my G20 all day, but i rarely ever even shoot my G29 anymore due the short grip.

I like how their irons have little wiggle room. Inexperienced shooters know where their bullet is going

It goes off without you ever having to touch the trigger, due to superior striker design

No unmodified glock has ever gone off without the trigger being pulled though. It's the safest possible handgun design.

Glocks without the frame rail are extremely aesthetic, and I'm tired of pretending they're not.

ah yes the humble gen 5 glock what a specimen of a handgun for not only is it streamlined and gets rid of the god awful finger grooves of both the gen 3 and 4 models but brings forward slide serrations and an ambidextrous slide release! ITS BAD ITS BAD WHY WON'T GLOCK UNDERSTAND THAT THE "THUMB" INDENT ON THE GRIP IS USELESS BECAUSE GUESS WHAT GLOCK YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR THUMB GOES WHEN YOU PRESENT THE GUN??? NOT THERE!!! AND BY GOD WHY THE FORWARD SLIDE SERRATIONS?? WHY SO IF MY HANDS ARE WET I CAN STILL PERFORM A PRESS CHECK?? WELL GUESS WHAT GLOCK THATS ONLY USEFUL IF MY HANDS ARE COVERED IN BLOOD AND I STILL NEED TO SEE IF A ROUNDS CHAMBERED BUT OH GOD OH FUCK IM BLEEDING OUT AND CANT EVEN GET MY GUN OUT OF ITS HOLSTER AHHHH!!! FUCKING USELESS AND THE STUPID AMBI SLIDE RELEASE GOD GET IT OUT OF HERE!! THE LEFT HANDED DONT EXIST AND IF THEY DID WHY WOULD THEY EVEN BE ALLOWED TO OWN GUNS??? PLEASE GLOCK JUST RE-RELEASE THE GEN 2 IT WAS THE BEST AT MOST ALL IT WOULD NEED IS AN ACCESSORY RAIL ON THE DUST COVER BUT THATS IT WHAT NOW GLOCK WHAT ARE YOUR ENGINEERS LOOKING TO FUCK UP FOR GEN 6 HUH???? WHEN WILL THIS END??????
