I was wondering the same thing, since the tank is freshly burning. Rewatched it a couple of times, he literally says

After relistening to it a bunch of times and way too much googling, I think he says "from Dzhida", which is a river flowing through Russia and Mongolia and has a couple of towns named after it. So that unfortunately doesn't give the extra information I had hoped for.

He uses treated in first/second person singular while using the first person plural for saved. So my guess is that Andrey got wounded, treated himself and then had no way to go so he just lay there for two days by himself. Then these guys came, abandoned their tank, found Andrey in the process and dragged him to the crater. Surprised he was in any condition to tell them that he has been there for 2 days already.
I don't think they're from the same team, since Russian tank crews consist of 3 people and all 3 of them have tanker hats (one is lying off to the side when the camera pans to his 2 mates), while Andrey doesn't.
I think the only one laying there for 2 days is Andrey and I don't think he's saying anything in this video.
