Which YouTube channels are reliable and not too full of propaganda? “Reporting from Ukraine” seems alright. “Ukraine Matters” seems ok, but I think he’s a little rosy. “Beau of the Fifth Column” is always insightful, but he posts on the war infrequently. I like “Ukraine News TV” but I don’t trust the casualties roundup at the beginning—there’s no trusting government figures and I don’t like dwelling on all the death.
Civdiv is the best
This guy ran out of smug Zaluzhnyi pictures a while ago and he's cycled through them a couple times at this point
"Beau of the Fifth Column” is the biggest gay on earth I'd rather be a conscripted mobik than ever have to hear that guy in my life
Imagine being this mad.
Imagine listening to gay communist urbanite who uses a fake Southern accent

Some info on King. I met him once, he was alright. Shop worker kind if guy. Did something in the army, smuggled people, went to prison.

Reporting from Ukraine seems high on Ukrainian hopium, I wouldn't call him reliable
Denys is alright even if his English is bad
The problem with daily updates is that they're prone to errors
He claims to be neutral and unbiased while having no issues being on podcasts with Gonzalo Lira and Scott Ritter and not challenging them on anything. He also uses several very slimy tactics to construct a narrative that Ukraine is doing much worse than Russia such as: not applying the same standard of evidence for both sides, downplaying every Russian defeat and posting multiple clips of Ukrainian frontline troops complaining and saying how bad things are while never doing the same for Russia
"Rosey" means "Healthy" OP, just for the record.
I enjoy Reporting from Ukraine, he has developed an alternative to the "And then it got worse" crowd. "Unfortunately, for Russians. . ."
If you agree with this opinion, and like the work that I am doing, consider making a purchase on my online store. . .
I like Denys Davydov. He doesn't always get it right but he's good natured enough, and whenever it gets into stuff about aviation he actually knows quite a bit. Also his jokes around Belgorod a few months back clued me in to that actually being a thing.
Is this a zigger channel?
He's a ex-Ukrainian domestic pilot who became a youtuber because he couldn't do his job anymore.
Intel Slava Z is a good starting point, Lots of good stuff that western media is trying to bury
I might be paranoid but that might be a pro-Muscovya channel
Much oblong
>stuff that western media is trying to bury
such as?
The stealth T 14 Armada
All the mobik hazing photos. We currently have over 10 TB of no homo man on man action. Only on Intel Slava Z, find us on telegram.
macho obongo
Sorry but I'm white.
ATP geopolitics for the daily, Vlad Vexler for nuanced takes on whatever the latest Russian shitshow really means.
muchabliged
kys
Theyre all a bit screachy but next to reporting to ukraine Artur Rehi is also pretty ok and also analyses potential threats and losses.
Vlad Vexler for Russian culture and politics. Let me pre-empt: Yes, he's a (non-religious) garden gnome.
I don't really watch military analysis on YouTube. Most the people just rub me the wrong way.
gnomish nazi lies? No thanks
>Most the people just rub me the wrong way.
Too bad, snowflake, the ukie in OPs pic is probably best one out there since he goes milexperts mile to distinguish info noise from real stuff, and he isn't afraid to state it whenever his own sides has a fuckup or gets pushed back.
Basically best kind of the OISNT autism, done by someone who understands natively the language of the both sides allowing him to dig deep
This is best recent example why I value that channel highly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7Y61bM7K8M
Denys Davydov the ukie airliner pilot got good content too but it's more summary + banter focused by a guy who's in touch with bunch of friends that are frontline soldiers, he doesn't have much of military knowledge but the banter is damn good at times, you wont learn anything new compared to RfU tho
He has nice airplane autism videos at his second channel; his tour of AN-225 Mriya from 3 years ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfGrkZ_absU
I put this guy on don't recommend channel since like, the third month. He's a useful idiot.
Defense Politics Asia is pretty neutral
“WiU Channel” is best channel
KingsandGenerals seems to be doing pretty good, at least in their Hostemel video they used pictures to confirm the russian losses they were claiming, and they already have a good rep from their earlier videos
Anders Puck Nielsen is pretty solid. He tends to be rather analytical and deductive rather than inductive (i.e. what didn't happen rather than trying to figure what did happen). Do note he works for Danish military. His pre-war videos provide an interesting view of how Russia somehow compares itself as equal to the whole of NATO.
Perun seems to be quite neutral but I can see even he struggles with trying to assess Russian as they constantly change the goalposts, never admit anything and brings up an endless list of accusations. He gives Russians credit when they they deserve it but he always gets hammered because he comes of pro-Ukrainian and having a gaming channel.
Military History Visualized is German autism visualized who overestimates the Russians and relies waaay too much on sources, a bit of a doomer especially the earlier videos' (see the one where he compares Leo 1A5's to T72's).
Vlad Vexler is interesting for the philosphical view but his videoes goes on way to long, he doesn't go to the point and is very up-in-the-air with most stuff.
Ryan Mcbeth is obviously Pro-Ukrainian and comes of as a bit annoying/pretentious but seems to have a good grasp in infantry tactics and will admit when stuff is not his expertise.
William Spaniel is also Pro-Ukrainian and tries to analyze alot of stuff in a more geopolitical manner and puts some interesting theoretical scenarios up. I think his videoes are decent, especiellay on the earlier phases of the war.
CivDiv gives really good combat footage and explains alot about war that normies don't get.
Suchomimus tends just to react to OSINT stuff and go "ha-ha Russians fucked up".
Task & Purpose seems to cover weapons and vehicles with a certain angle for each video and trying to pull off some jokes in the middle. Something feels off about their vids but I dunno why.
CaspianReport has some interesting predictions but go waaay into zero sum games and think every actor is motivated by realpolitik.

he lost me when he affirmed that the russians blew up nord stream 2
I was 99% sure it was America until Russia said it wasn't them.
Now I'm 100% sure Russia did it
I was 100% certain it was the Americans until I realised that Putin did not sperg out and immediately threaten to nuke whoever was responsible.
It was certainly a possibility at the time, as we could only guess who might have had a motive to do it. And as retarded as it was for russia, it wouldn't have been the most stupid russian action in this war. But there was absolutely nothing to back the argument that ziggers were more likely to have done it than say polaks or brits. He was expressing his bias like Seymour Hersh, the senile boomer.
And with the recent investigation pointing towards ukraine, he now looks like a fanboy.
https://archive ph/cPGDT
This is not the most recent investigation at all. Scandi journalist painstakingly documented the voyages of several Russian navy vessels (and Russian registered civilian vessels) in the exact areas days before the explosions via AIS information and satellite images.
Watch the documentary: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27547746/
It's pretty damning.
I read about it. But I'm not sure that a russian ship patrolling near one of russia's biggest investments is such a smoking gun.
Is there more to it than picrel?
actually Russians don't even hide it much
they have a fleet which does this sort of diversions
and it had a training in the areas of explosions few days before the happenings
even official website of the fleet had info about the training
it's not exactly retarded
putin tried to make Germany certify and use NS-2
and some pipes blown up is not a problem but a possibility
you can steal a lot of money in the process of building new pipes
> putin tried to make Germany certify and use NS-2
Yes, and of four pipelines three were hit: both of the ones for NS-1 (which Putin wanted to turn off to keep a bigger share of revenue), but only one of the pipes for NS-2. What a shocking coincidence that the piece of infrastructure Putin most wanted to use as leverage over the Germans just happened not to get blown up. Darndest thing, really.
But that's a point towards his credibility.
>but he always gets hammered because he comes of pro-Ukrainian and having a gaming channel.
kek, not agreeing with russian propaganda is being pro-Ukrainian in the minds of vatmorons
In general I don't watch videos about the war unless it's just to soak in the schadenfreude of something really going wrong for the Russians. Instead I follow twitter channels that post decently sourced data (eg dmitri who does translations, formerly oryx before he became a travel blog, tons of osint guys, warmapper, ISW)
The one exception to my rule on video is Vlad Vexler who I watch occasionally in order to understand how an actual slav sees things as opposed to indian vatniks and westerners like me who just want to see Russia fail in any way possible.
You’re seriously severely retarded if you think a YouTube channel can give you accurate updates about an ongoing military conflict, beyond what you can just find on the news.
The reality is no one is going to know the reality and specifics of what’s going on the ground until the history books are written, excepting the occasional gopro footage or whatever. And even then, those are propaganda. Neither side releases any piece of media without an ulterior motive.
Are you retarded? YouTube isn't where you'll inform yourself on the course of the war. It'll take years and decades to understand what actually went down.
In the meantime though, listen to the War on the Rocks podcast on the war. That's as good as it gets. Anyone claiming to know what's going on is full of shit
>asks about propoganda in most heavily moderated subforum on PrepHole
ohh irony.
PrepHole sucks in a lot of ways, but it’s raw. I’m sure as shit not asking in Facebook.
I like these two
This one has an AI voice and just reads telegram posts, but they also show the entire video without talking over it. Most shit I see here in the morning they will have a video of it in full, better quality, and with audio in the afternoon. No annoying ads except the very end. Will show dead vatniks on YouTube, no beeping, or blurring.
This guy is entertaining. He provides good family friendly commentary. I can watch this with my folks.
