Recommend me some good reusable in ear plugs.

Recommend me some good reusable in ear plugs.
I have impact sports and they're pretty great, but I like to double up because I want to avoid EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE for as long as possible.

I think they are. I'm using regular electronic walkers and they don't bother me.

I prefer ear cookies tbh. Also, surefires are the best ones. They last forever.

I wear the EP3s you posted under Impact Sports with gel cups and it's plenty comfy. Quiet too, shot the guy in the lane next to me's braked PTR indoors the other week with no issues.

surefires are great but they dont have the best protection. they offer a great way to hear others and communicate at the range but they're not the best protection from it. the red one (left) is unplugged and the right is plugged. even plugged isn't as much protection as the ear muffs. unplugged will definately give you some mild EEEEEEEEEEEE if you shoot next to a wall or indoors at all.

don't use large, re-usable earplugs under ear muffs. Most of the time they do not fit. You want something like MAX earplugs, they are big foamies with 30 db protection.
there are exceptions to this rule like the NFMI ear plugs from ops core

Personally I prefer Howard Leight by Honeywell Quiet under good ear muffs. Due to their design they are more likely to stay in ear canal than cheap foamies, plus re-usable.

Going with ear plugs alone is not optimal and will result hearing damage at least on the long run no matter how good the plugs are.

Something that you can pick up at Walmart and have a higher grade of using it not just for guns but for construction do you recommend.

Well I do add to earmuffs alongside it if you can't double layer you can't be sure.

Regular foamies you can pick up from Target have a 32db NRR. I always wear those under Peltor Sport Tactical earmuffs when shooting.

I use these under ear muffs, only way to shoot if you care about your hearing. Benefit is if you're at the range or training, you can take your muffs off and talk with other people and hear the instructor, but if some idiot starts shooting before someone calls ears you still don't get your ears hurt. Electric ear pro is good for that too but you have to keep those big sweaty muffs on all day and they don't provide great protection. The only way to get great protection is massive industrial ear muffs or doubling up, and doubling up works better. The foam roll ear plugs are also a good option but annoying, difficult to take off and put on repeatedly.

Also I wouldn't trust the surefires alone, they're not good ear pro by themselves. They muffle a decent amount of sound if you're riding a side by side or using loud power tools, but for guns I don't trust them. Too strong of a bang gets through. They're comfy and ideal for doubling up though, and seem to last a long time. I've had mine for like 4 years.

Orange ear plugs are fine since they're so disposable. SureFire is good I wear EP4's under my ear muffs.
