Why does it cost so much? Isn't it just a laser pointer and a lens? Profit margins must be insane
FR, I know the chinks make everything for Eotech and Aimpoint, just can't believe people are willing to gouge themself because of a middle man. At the least the chinks don't gouge us amirite?
you joke but there are people who seriously think the Chinese are running some kind of charity, they're giving us the "real" prices and they aren't maintaining the same (or arguably better, judging by their marketing budgets) profit margins
Aimpoint and associated components are made in Sweden anon
SWEDEN #1 IMPORTER OF CHINK SHIT AND YOU THINK THEY MAKE THEIR OWN OPTICS? MY DUDE IM HERE TO DROP SOME TRUTH BOMBS, THEY ARE AS CHINESE AS SIG IS MADE IN AMERICA
>Horoshit Made in China
>Thinks China makes their own components
>Doesn't know the truth
China imports from India don't you know theyre a regional superpowah?
>Aimpoint and associated components are made in Sweden anon
not for all product ranges.
Some tubes are sourced from China.
There are night sight sets that cost this much.
>aren't they just a piece of metal???
And a gas that costs something like $300,000 a gram to produce.
>gas
>gram
homie how do u weigh air ???
With balloons
>have empty tank
>weigh empty tank
>fill empty tank
>weigh filled tank
It's pretty simple you bozo.
>make tank
>weigh it with gas inside
>it's lighter now
what now homosexual?
To war!
Scientists just make it up then say they did some stupid shit like
Only $139.99 for PA's pistol dot right now
https://www.primaryarms.com/primary-arms-slx-rs-10-1x23mm-mini-reflex-sight-3-moa-dot_2
Are these made in China?
Probably. I think all of PA's optics are made in China.
Yes boomer everything that is remotely affordable is made in China and has been for 20 years, time to accept it. And no paying three times as much for something assembled by junkies and groids in the midwest won't be better.
Really been wanting to pick one of these up...I am assuming any blemishes would be on the housing and not on the lens hopefully.
If the glass is blemished (at least in my experience) they will list it on eBay instead since they can explain specific blemishes in the item description. I've bought a few variable scopes that didn't illuminate evenly, or that had small imperfections on other parts of the glass. One magnifier with specs close to the edge. Every blem was entirely serviceable, though. And still warrantied.
thanks, think I'll give it a go...pretty good discount
If I hadn't just bought the holosun I'd be all over this deal, literally had the PA dot sitting in my cart for a week before the holosun deal popped up. Then a few days later, PA had the warehouse sale. Trying to talk myself out of making another order lmao. Don't think you can go wrong with primary arms, they're a good bunch of dudes.
haha for sure, I have been really happy with the LPVO that I got from them. Ended up ordering one...hard to beat that price lol.
>PSA is still running clearance on the HS407 CO X2, dropped the price back down to $179.99
What's the catch?
>Only $139.99 for PA's pistol dot right now
But what's the catch tho
The PA red dots are blems
The catch is that the deals are clearance or warehouse blems, meaning they won't last long
The catch is it's a reticle nobody wants
The catch is that they keep changing the price, back up to $199.99 now
I'll try it... comes with pic mount, uses 2032 battery w/ tray, 40,000 hour battery, 7075 grade aluminum
hey so does this thing fit
https://www.primaryarms.com/true-precision-glock-43-slide-with-rms-cut-dlc-black
it says rms cut and the optic says it fits glocks.....
im moronic please help
picrel
please help i dont want to waste alot money.
does this shit work together other than the Yugo front grip for my m70
No.
what optic will fit "RMSc"......?
https://optics-info.com/footprints-on-red-dot-sights/#Shield_RMS/SMS_mounting_standard
No, the PA optic will not fit that slide without some kind of adaptation and I'm too fricking stupid to know if that even exists.
The Holosun will fit that slide, tho.
>The Holosun will fit that slide, tho.
no it will not, 407c is RMR footprint
Oops, I misread.
The frick is an RMSc anyway
I’m drunk as shit but all I know is the RMSc footprint is the Holosun K optics and probably some trijicon shit I can’t afford
isnt 8 moa awful? though i guess thats what it has to be if you want a large circle instead of a dot.
Maybe.
It’s significantly smaller that the 35 MOA circle around a eotech style reticle but also small enough that depending on your eyesight would just be a 8moa smeared solid dot anyways.
I was considering it as a PCC optic but I’d want to look though it myself first before buying sooooo yeah.
Not at all for pistol ranges.
its an amazing sight for pistol shooting
What about 8MOA for Shotguns? I really wanna slam a red-dot on my Mossberg.
What footprint does it use?
RMR and for
Docter/Noblex
im thinking the price is cool but only a 8moa circle is ick so im out sorry
>8moa
how do you expect to tap head at 100+ yards ?
i just bought this last week off of amazon.
Do you like it?
i'd like a solid 8MOA dot more, and the solar panel is a gimmick that guarantees you're distracted by the changing brightness of the dot unless you are outside in broad daylight without a cloud in the sky. like most holosun red dots, the reticule is busy. but other than that, it's pretty decent. i think it and the SRO are the best options for the RMR footprint.
Thank you OP, I just ordered one.
>RMRcc can be had for $300 with Trijicon's $100 rebate
>Still buys chinkshit
>laughs in flying lenses and broken shake awake functions
What's so good about the RMRcc? Don't you have to take it off the gun to change the batteries?
>What's so good about the RMRcc
pretty much nothing. theres a reason why trijicon has a rebate for them and every store is trying to get rid of them.
The battery change takes 30 seconds and maintains zero pretty well once re-mounted, assuming you torque it down the same as it was. Worst case every 2 to 4 years you have to spend a few minutes and a handful of rounds re-confirming zero and making very small adjustments, if any.
that circle seems WAY too small to be useful
maybe reading glasses would help
