I legit never watch an episode in my life. I was a big fan of the movie when it came out but TV shows always ruined the source material. I've come to find out that wasn't the case but that dude will always be MacGyver to me.
Sour grapes, I liked the ps90 because it was in my favorite 007 games when I was a kid
The longer barrel is actually a detriment with the hotter ammo and is the same thing as running a SBR with a small volume suppressor. Too much back pressure can cause malfunctions.
Its not a big deal, the integrated break helps, the bullet still has plenty of time to twist by the time the powder finishes burning, and the bolt system is so stupid simple a malfunction would have to come down to user error.
Plenty of people on PS90 forums have complained about magazines popping out of their guns from time to time. And the cause is always the long barrel or using a small .22lr suppressor. So yeah, not a big deal but its not something to dismiss out of hand either.
I hate it when old ass boomers go off about Stargate when anyone mentions the p90. sorry we're not all 50+ years old and obsessed over a really shitty looking show. most of us just like the look of the gun cause it looks cool and the guns development is interesting.

What you should do instead >Effen90/XF50 stripped reciever >build out pistol >3D print end plate that has short AR extension >slap on tailhook pistol brace
Just got one too, can't wait to take it to the range. I got a M&P 5.7 a little while ago and shooting that thing made me want another gun in the caliber.
But yeah, SBR is a must, that long barell is bullshit.
>Tell me you've never held a PS90 without telling me you've never held a PS90
For starters, you can remove the pic rail and get any number of mounts or optics that site slightly lower. Or if you really want to be special, get the XF50 (aka Effen 90) tri-rail receiver.
Putting a rail at barrel level without a fuck huge optics riser is asinine and you won't be able see shit unless you hold the gun sideways or some shit.
what are the ballistics of 5.7 out of a 10 vs 16 inch barrel? everyone shits on the ps90 because long barrel but i think they're still neat the way they are
you gain like 75 fps on the 40 gr 5.7 rounds going from a 10" (2017 fps) barrel to a 16" (2090 fps) barrel which is miniscule simply because most 5.7 ammo is either optimized for pistols or optimized for the P90. the ideal length is generally 10" for 5.7
It's a cool gun but cucked in many ways > no full auto > long barrel > disconnector pinned in place > gen 3 trigger packs out of battery safety leaves you with a dead trigger if you outrun the reset > barrel shroud pinned in place (pinning isn't even necessary since the barrel shroud is necessary for correct operation) > stock optic rail is too high for pretty much any optic > ammo was stupidly expensive until very recently > fn doesn't sell the good ammo to civilians even though it's not armour piercing by definition
Despite this, the gun is still cool and a bunch of fun to shoot.
I would love to buy one even as a yuro but the issue is that the ammunition is literal unobtainium. Maybe it would be doable if I was made of money and got someone to do a huge private import and to do all of the ITAR shit but for all intents and purposes unless if you are a millionaire there's no point.
based, now you need to SBR it and get a better optic mount or optic
besides the cost of ammo being high at times I've really had a lot of fun with mine and it's a definite head turner at the range
Tell me you're a child who watches Stargate without telling me so.
nobody looks like this though
My bad, wrong image
I've never seen Stargate, just video games and SAO Alternative GGO and a couple Youtube videos that really sold me on 5.7 and the gun

This that show was shit. Moomers know it from Goldeneye. Zoomies from COD.
never seen that show in my life. I know the gun from The World Is Not Enough game.
tell me you're an underaged noguns without telling me you're an underaged noguns
Makes you wonder why they don't strip down the furniture so it's "stockless" and sell em like an ar pistol. Probably would if they were more popular.
Based pdw enjoying retard
Given you are now obligated to fill a SBR tax stamp, retarded. But the gun is neat.
Just the way shit is mate, pay the tax or the ATF will shoot your dog.
bruh, thats not an sbr
he means you are obligated to turn it into an sbr, not that it is an sbr in its current state
GOOLD???
ya
Based, the 16" barrel is fine, a shroud would be cool, but I don't mind the length for squeezing out more performance out of 5.7

Based. Now SBR it.

Shiggy diggy

Nice abomination you just cooked up
meme guns are the only guns worth owning
Cool anon, post pics
cucked
>no full auto
>no SBR
>no AP bullets
>>no full auto
The original single/multi shot trigger action would be so badass
>>no SBR
Obtainable with or without cuckery
>>no AP bullets
Wrong
Having shot a full auto P90, I can tell you the progressive trigger is complete ass.
The semi only trigger is bad enough. I do like the mechanism and the idea though. I don't know if any other guns that have that
>I don't know if any other guns that have that
Its called the Steyr AUG. You know, the gun that FN copied the fire control system on almost verbatim and slapped it in the P90.
Just got one too, can't wait to take it to the range. I got a M&P 5.7 a little while ago and shooting that thing made me want another gun in the caliber.
But yeah, SBR is a must, that long barell is bullshit.
Also new FN ammo just dropped
what if you cut off the top and put the rail over the barrel to get reduced height over bore because there's space for it on the long barreled version

Consider the following:
But it's ugly
do you have this but in wood?
I have wood, yes.
but it just defeats the purpose of the P90
>Watered down civ ammo
>Longass barrel
>Semi auto smg (lmao)
Hard to tell...
They're not gonna sell you custom armor piercing rounds
Civ ammo is better than anything FN put out and is sold by an autistic individual who named the cartridges after dragons.
>Based or retarded?
Yes. A magdump will cost you a lot of money, but there's no denying it's a cool gun.
5.7 is cheaper than 5.56 now
>I definitely bought a gun, as evidenced by this stock photo
I would love to buy one even as a yuro but the issue is that the ammunition is literal unobtainium. Can I haz one please? I'll bake you cookies if you give me one.
I have the P90 stock for the 10/22, It's cool & all but I don't use it cause I don't think it will hold zero over time.
You took advantage of the rebate right, anon? Just making sure.
