I've been seeing this meme idea kicked around more and more often lately. Picrel is my first attempt, Masterpiece Arms Defender 5.7 with a bunchof bullshit. Feels like a bag of pointy rocks, probably shoots like shit (just put it together yesterday) but it looks neat. Gonna try again with a Ruger LC Carbine in 5.7, but that's gonna require a stamp and several months of twiddling my thumbs. Anybody else given this meme a try?
Neat anon. Never tried one in 5.7 but here's me mag dumping some trash with my 9
That looks fun AF
You look like a fag
Get a haircut, start exercising, and stop dressing like a child.
Wanna kiss about it on my farm?
He's not gonna do it, he's too much of a fag to make out with you like a man
you should switch to this optics setup and get rid of the fake suppressor it'd be pretty sick
Yeah I hate the fake can, but I could only find it with a 4.5" barrel, ending right at the end of the receiver. I know they used to make a carbine-length version, if I can get my hands on one of those uppers and chop it down to about 9" I'mm be a lot more psyched.
I can't bring myself to buy into a expensive non-reloadable meme cartridge that requires lubrication to function properly.
Here's Recoilweb's take on the Ruger LC Carbine version. Going to pick one up in 16" tomorrow at Bass Pro.

want
>at Bass Pro
how come you retards never buy shit online where its cheapest and have it shipped to an FFL?
Bass Pro IS where it was cheapest online, dickfore.
Jinx!!!
Checked digits notwithstanding, was gonna go this route bit rimfire is too unreliable.
>Poor Mans MP7
This certainly isn't it but it's an MP7
Chiappa CBR-9

>MSRP $2229 straight blowback 9mm
Who on fucking earth is buying this over a glock mag MPA for $550? Actual retards?
me
rather get the 9 version, put a actual can on it and get a better red dot then put a drum mag on it since it takes glock mags.
The Romeo is fine, with the amount of play between the upper and lower I promise that the optic won't be a limiting factor in this thing's accuracy. Also, there's this: https://promagindustries.com/fn-five-seven-usg-5-7x28mm-55-rd-drum-black-polymer/
unironically the best "ghetto mp7" is a kel tec CMR30 with the correct accessories
.22 WMR semi autos get dirty too quickly to be reliable longer than a short range session.
Is that SBR'd or did you get just a fake can to cover the pencil barrel?
It comes with the kit

Here’s something for you to masturbate to while waiting for your stamp

>M1 Carbine in 5.7MMJ
Alright young whippersnappers, this is what needs to be revived.
>30 carbine necked to 22
you do realize thats literally just a US infantry board experiimental precursor to what became 5.56
>For anti-guerilla fighting or jungle action, it would he highly effective
Very cool. Always a smart idea to use established calibers as a source for casings. 6.8 spc = dumb. 6.5 grendel = smart.
yeah
Editor's note: the OTAL and tape switch have both been moved 90 degrees, with OTAL mounted on the charging handle side now
How long is the barrel length?
4.5", but I'm gonna call the company on Tuesday to see if they still make any of the carbine-length uppers to chop down to 8" or so.
I'd love one of those in 10mm so I could convert it to 9x25mm.
If/When the FRT lawsuit concludes, I hope we see those types of triggers in EVERY firearm.
1200+RPM 2500+FPS 65gr 9mm you can stow in a backpack.
I didn't know they made these things in 5.7 that's actually really cool
Are glock MPA's a good smol 9mm PCC?
if you want something cheap then yes, but dont expect a top tier gun from a $800 gun.
My closest match
That looks comfy AF
yeah
You should get a mag holder for that. The "not a vfg" is what I use. There's also another one from Cornwell designs
Just realized how little PDW options are on the market if you don't include pistol chassises, it's only the uzi pro, TP9, MPA, and arguably the ruger LC and even that has a fucklong barrel you can't change unless you actually get it cut up by a gunsmith
what are you defining as a PDW?
are you saying stuff that has the magazine well as the pistol grip?
I guess something that could be more easily holstered, the MP5k and such could also be pdw's but I would think it would be more difficult to do that.
how about we just stop using ~~*NATOs*~~ bullshit arbitrary convoluted bullshit terms made up to try to get rid of 9mm
>Coomer, GA
It's about 75 mils outside of Cumming.
GAfags, now I understand...
You'd understand if you ever shot one
How about this one?
Looks dope fa sho' but it's rimfire
My poor man's MP7 and even poorer man's Halo smg
Did you print the stock tube thing or something? Looks really nice anon!
Thanks!
The mount to the gun is 3D printed, the tube is actually just 2 half-inch square tubing I found at Home Depot glued together, and the brace is a shortened brace I got locally.
It was a random project that I did out of spare parts and boredom, I do intend to come back and redo it better now that I've got better tools and printer.
Pretty crafty man, keep us posted! I think it'd look pretty sick too with an extended mag. I know there's a baseplate extension you can make, I downloaded the files once before even though I don't have a printer or CP33, kek
Not "as good" as the "real deal" with the side-mounted mag, but you make do with what you have!
>Looking into getting something in 5.7
>Looking into getting something in 22mag
Guess I made the right choice.
I think 4.6 is actually better than 5.7.
