Poor M113 is MIA in Gaza bulldozing

It hasn't been seen at all in Gaza despite the IDF having thousands of them? Where is she? Why won't they use it?

It's even called the Zelda in Israeli service. Adorable name for such a lil cutie.

So cute and cozy. Please do a good job killing those Muslim terrorists so us Americans don't have to go over there

Wait, why would you risk going into Lebanon with one of those? Wouldn't you be ATGM bait?

I know it's not your choice but like have they said anything about it?

Critical levels of based in this post. God bless anon, give Hezbollah hell.

Do you think it's gonna start soon? I've seen a few tweets here and there about Israel's command thinking it might kick off but just wondering if you think it's serious or just an excuse for a vacation with the boys?

              Smart post. I like you.

I really doubt we're gonna see a serious ground incursion into lebanon regardless of what happens.

The goal of the northern front will just to keep it quiet while gaza is neutralized. It'll be mass bombing and ground troops will act defensively.

This is why ~70 hezbollah have died and only 5 IDF so far. Hezbollah loses most of its advantages on the ground when it has to act offensively

I don't know anon it's happened before and no matter what happens it won't be pretty.

Apparently in Israel this is a thing. There's an IDF guy on israeliteTube who does a review of his Amran plate carrier, and he mentioned that the built-in admin pouch is usually used to carry your smartphone.

Their aim is to minimize human casualties by using the best available armor to draw, and mostly shrug off, the damage. M113 is a battle taxi, not an assault vehicle, it offers no protection against stuff like RPGs

They're notorious for being aluminum coffins so they much prefer using the Namer for frontline duties

why would you need it there?

Even the lightest of RPGs would cut through it like butter. No need to use an aluminum battle taxi from the 60s except in an emergency.

It's not some cute vidya reference, it's slang for American israeliteesses. And since you can fit a bunch of Israeli soldiers in the back....
