That was fricking awesome. I've seen the interiors of ex-Soviet vehicles both in person and in videos and they are always horrifying cramped claustrophobic nightmares but the interior of the Krab looks exceptionally spacey and comfy.

From an Anglo-Irish Australian to the Polish people: thank you for your donations to Ukraine. It gladdens my heart to see people exterminating Russians in both comfort and style, and I hope that together NATO and the combined non-NATO allied powers can eventually remove the menace that is Russia from the face of the Earth.

Well, that's because Krab is anything but ex-Soviet.

That was my inferrence, I should have made it more clear. I'm impressed with how a nation that put up with Soviet bullshit for half a century can already build top-tier comfy Western style military vehicles.

The cultural border of the West shifts further ever East if Poland is anything to go by, and with it comes a consideration for your fellow man instead of seeing them as a useful tool to be subject to horrid conditions to achieve goals.

        >russians never gave poles no tanks they in fact treated polish soldiers as enemy combatants
        Somewhat incorrect:
Initially LWPwas mostly staffed by soviets with poles serving rank and file, this is because any actual officers were either killed at Katyn or fled to Middle East with Anders. By the end of the war, most echelons outside of the highest were polish, staffed by either mobilized personnel following the "liberation" of Poland, by recruiting gulag inmates or from polish Red Army personnel. Heavy equipment was there right from the start including tanks, artillery and aircraft, but again initially staffed by Red Army personnel and only got polonized as the war progressed and when liberated Poland was mobilized.

They could have attack through France you illeterate, but they did nothing and kept sitting on their asses until Germans came to them and attracked France.

That's exactly what's gonna happen in case Russian decides to completely clean their backdoor, neither US nor Brittwanda or eve Frenchwave will provide any *actual* help, because all out war isn't good for the Wallstreet, a contaminated war in Ukraine or somewhere in the sands yes, but not an all out war.

reforming their extremely corrupt would take decades and keep in mind, Putin doesn't want a strong military as he is deathly afraid of it. Why do you think everyone competent in Luganda and Dobwawe got Novichok'd? Maybe if they still had those guys they would be faring better, but Putin and the FSB is so scared of an actual competent Russian army they will rather kneecap their own possible success.

That won't do them any good. Conscripts are useless against a well-trained, professional soldier. And even Polish army is currently 100% professional - pretty much only the most competent and zealous enlist to Polish military. And this applies to other NATO countries as well. Russian tactic of human wave won't work, because that's a tactic from 200 years ago.

No, seriously. The Polish soldier pay is so low, that only the most dedicated enlist to the army. Which is kinda the blessing in disguise, because it organically filters the morons.

The pay has risen pretty well with all the given bonuses to soldiers, so much so that theres a lot more grocery store shelf stockers now, which isnt a good thing

Well, the issue is - Poland and NATO have a way better recon than Russia, they would know exactly what's up, before Russia even tries this maneuver. The only way Russia can gain an advantage in this conflict is to catch Poland by surprise, and that's impossible. They've already tried that on Ukraine and you've seen the results.

they could if they capture intact rail infrastructure as they've been trying to do (with mixed results) in Ukraine. although Poland has a different rail gauge from Russia and Ukraine so that wouldn't work kek

those are only launchers - you can put new(er) missiles/rockets in them in 10 years...

plus we still have few hundred grads (around 100 in active duty) and many other old systems... we need to swap them to something more accurate - as you can see in Ukraine that post soviet tech is shit at targeting anything smaller than a city....

Eastern Europe. They turned that region into their personal money-printing scheme. Every Euro they invest in them, comes back into Germany's pocket twofold. It involved forcibly shutting down 80% of Eastern European regional businesses via idiotic EU regulations, hence why nobody east of Rhein likes Germany very much, but Germany got their way.

cheap Russian gas - Germoney paid around half for gas of what Poland paid - that's why their leadership is so scared - with end of cheap Russian gas their industry will lose that edge

It would be pretty funny if the UK over took Germany now its left the EU

its not that easy - whole Eurozone is designed in a way that keeps big productive economies competitive and poor southern economies people wealthy - south "eats" productivity of the north keeping Euro worth less than it should have otherwise - and thanks to weak Euro economies like Germany are more competitive - in result becoming economic powerhouses above their weight.

Germans are poorer than they would be if they stayed with the Mark but their economy/industry is much stronger.

and economies of the south are weaker than they could be witch cheap labour - but their people are wealthy thanks to Euro...

that's why Poland did not join Eurozone - our currency even weaker than euro helps us grow as a country - but people are poorer thanks to that

Not necessarily they have a lot of NATO air force backing them up and keeping F-35 functional cost a lot $$$ it would be wise to invest in other branches in case of Poland

Finding competent people to pilot those is dificult enough not to mention maintenance cost and 5 years minimum to train F-35 pilot 32 is a lot and I have no idea how fins will manage with 64 of them.
