How can someone be so consistently wrong on everything and still enjoy an audience bigger than 1? Serious question. He has been wrong more often than rating companies in during the onset of the 2008 financial crisis. Who watches this shit? Its like listening to the science after Corona.
I watched one of his videos. It was something obvious about chinas rapid technology growth. He never mentioned IP theft or even suggested it was done.
How fricking pants on head moronic do you have to be to not even consider this as a influence?
I can't watch anything else from someone so unbelievably stupid.
It says volumes about this board that others watch this idiot and think that autists terra invica strats offer a 1 to 1 real world comparison.
If you genuinely believe that fricking IP theft is more relevant than 20+ years of investment into the chinese MIC then you're a moron that bases his entire understanding of the real world on memes on an image board. And since your own moronation is the only example you could come up with, have a nice day
>he's wrong >he's very wrong! >nobody has been more wrong than him! >provides zero examples
shill, troll, or just moronic product of the educational system who can have an opinion but is not smart enough to defend it beyond >BBBUT MUH GLOBOHOMO
You do realise nobody replying to that is bad for the original poster right? The fact he cannot in any way back up his claims?
Jesus, another epic self-own by vatnik morons.
Not him, but Clownrun has boldly predicted the era of TB2-like MALE drones utter domination. A year later we find out from RUSI guy that ukrainians lost 99% of their TB2s almost immediately and were delaying uploading propaganda videos featuring them to create an imression like they were still a thing.
<- Perun's video.
?t=1214
<- RUSI video destroying Perun's entire "I spend 14 hours scrolling through carefully curated propatanda uploaded to twitter every day. Let me tell you what is happening" career.
Luckily for Perun, his audience has goldfish memory and didn't call him out, so he memoryholed the video and started running with Armored Chieftain's takes, doing a 180 on the topic.
But we still get TB2 clips every now and then. And they are actively used for recon in non-hot zones. They just aren't used to bomb targets because of AA coverage. Same way Russia doesn't use jets.
I'm ready to concede that all TB2s are dead as soon as I see videos of them. So far, I've only see a couple lol
Seems pretty minor honestly, Ukrainian drones were overhyped but it was understandable given the fog of war at the time. If I had to pick something more substantial he was wrong about, it's that he predicted the sanction would have a bigger and bigger impact as the war went on, when in reality the impact has seemed to have steadily diminished, (Russia's economy might be worse today, but that's because of oil and gas prices less so than sanctions). That seems more important to me because he presents himself as a defense *economics* expert more than a weapons expert, it's not as big of a deal if he was on the bayraktar bandwagon in the early days.
> but that's because of oil and gas prices less so than sanctions
The prices are a direct result of those sanctions anon. When your number 1 importer of gas and oil go cold turkey within a few months, your only choice is to sell at heavily discounted rates to china and India, which dont need that much oil and gas to begin with
Well just look at the oil price. It was at an extreme low in COVID. And rose 80% during the war. (Even more later like 40-120$ per Barrel) Post covid inflation worldwide was around 5-10%.
No we look at Russian oil revenue. It increased by 8%.
So tell me are you doing good or bad if the price doubles but you get 10% more?
Are you doing well if your revenue goes up by 10% when all prices go up 10% due to inflation?
Does this mean Russia's oil economy did well yes or no?
To make things worse, the 8% increase was just at one specific point in time. Taken in it's entirety, 2022 put them in the red without even counting for the suspiciously frequent damage to their infrastructure.
>Russia's economy might be worse today, but that's because of oil and gas prices less so than sanctions >The price of Urals crude oil was recorded at nearly 32.2 U.S. dollars per barrel below the benchmark Brent on January 17, 2023 (based on a rolling average of the past five days). The difference increased after a price cap on Russian oil was announced on December 2 and took effect on December 5, 2022
Imagine being literally moronic
>Luckily for Perun, his audience has goldfish memory and didn't call him out
Probably because he openly acknowledged that new information/context about how the TB-2 faired in the early war and used it in his latter videos?
?t=1704
Perun usually avoids gotchas like that cause he caveats he's not an expert, and that there's obviously a lot of fog of war and propaganda in an active conflict.
I honestly think you should be executed for posting this. In a rational society, the FBI would IP track this comment, extradite the anon if necessary, and sentence him to lethal injection.

You do realize that's basically the topic of Perun latest video? As well as how that lack of centralization (along with the corruption and systematic bullshitting) are major reasons why the Russian military performance in this war has fallen so far below the promised "Desert Storm on steroids".
Russians might be used to this servile kind of pseudo feudalism, but it absolutely makes them backwards and less effective at war fighting.
Oryx and Perun threads always manage to attract the weirdest schizos it's so funny. It's like a few guys have personal beef with them and they all post on this board.
Oryx is great because he calls out his trolls every single day to publicly point out any duplicates if they claim a double count. He also asks them to submit any missing data if they claim he missed something. The Geroman destruction was great, completely emasculated him. Accuracy is proof against propaganda and misinformation and it is Russia's kryptonite.
He doesn't want to admit the obvious. Zhukov should have taken over openly and purged the entirety of the KGB. He should have finished Stalin's work. If you pay attention, the worst of the slaughter stopped after Stalin executed the Great Purge right before WWII.

There was but this one is different, the vranyo video goes into lies and corruption where this video is more about factionalism, infighting and how that leads to mismanagement.
As someone from that part of the world, he said nothing new to me, but nothing wrong, either.
I'd be interested to see a similar look at factionalism in Germany, Poland or the USA, or perhaps NATO as a whole.
I liked this one. Suprising just how many PMCs there are, not just Wagner.
And this is with PMCs being officially illegal in Russia.
>this video is more about factionalism, infighting and how that leads to mismanagement.
That makes the vatnik shrieking about Perun being *wrong* so weird.
Wagner PMC, the DPR/LPR militias, and the Kadyrovites all being armies independent of the regular Russian military is public knowledge. That this is an indicator of a lot of internal political factionalism and rivalries isn't really that outlandish of a thesis. Especially when members of the Russian National Guard who are Chechen get organized into units with banners like this.
Kind of a sleeper. This rules for rulers shit isn't surprising for anyone who's into history. His analysis of the war and defense economics are much more interesting.
The thing is, these kinds of 'power dynamic' videos bring more views in a relatively faster rate than the usual stuff it seems. I noticed that with the corruption and vranyo videos. Not surprised if he looked at the analytics and thought about putting these kinds of topics more now.
He's doing whatever patreons or whatever they are ask him to cover. He picks from the list of top-spammed questions the one he finds interesting and does a presentation.

Yeah, and both of those are more believable than russians mistaking a sim card for The Sims 3, having to rely on 2(TWO) separate semi-independent warlord armies(one led by a ex-con that likes to bash deserters heads with sledgehammers, and the another which is led by caucasian Bin Laden) that keep butting heads with their real one, mobiks being feed raw potatoes, and digging trenches in the fricking Chernobyl Red Forest, but nevertheless, all that shit happened and is happening.
Gross incompetency and baffling decision making from the russians have been by far the most consistent thing throughout the whole war.

The chechens aren't cannon fodder, if anything they are a massive resource drain because they barely fight while getting first priority for equipment.
Wagner, meanwhile, is indeed mostly cannon fodder, only that Russia must pay premium to Prigozhin so he can use russian prisioners as cannon fodder, while also hijacking russian operational decision making and tying up a shitload of artillery because of their tactics(the big reason while russia have been bashing their heads against Bakhmut is because of that guy). >Ok if real its not great but the homosexual nafo shills account its on seems to been posting drivel and propaganda for months.

Very true but it doesnt make them so incompetent that they would drop unsupported paratroopers into freezing water to die.
It just means ever gain has to cost more then its NATO counterparts which is expected. Russia has always leveraged large attrition and resource war and always found victory. It's important for Putin as far as propaganda goes. But the Chechen wars overall really lowered the Russian armies international reputation until 2 decades of military parades and faux reforms made people think they might have a modern military. >this is their 21 century winter war, eg Russia wins
The Soviet Union had 57 times the population as Finland in the Winter War. Finland had no tanks, artillery or air defense, and didn't get any external aid because of WW2 kicking off. Russia only has 4 times the population as Ukraine. Ukraine was a major military industrial hub with lots of armor, artillery and air defenses (just less than Russia). And Ukraine is receiving significant international military aid.
This is way worse than the Winter War by every conceivable metric.
>this is their 21 century winter war, eg Russia wins.
Less in the balance of power and more in the sense that Russia will take huge casualties and a hit to prestige but will accomplish its territorial goals at least.
Also the Finns had much greater terrain and climatological advantage plus greater moral. Ukrainians manpower is spent and there equipment is misused and gives Russia the chance to develop systems and strategies against NATOs latest gear and tech piecemeal. Blunting some advantages it might have had in a ww3 scenario.

Balance of power has nothing to do with whether or not you can achieve territorial goals in a war?
Cause there's orders of magnitude difference between modern Ukraine and Winter War Finland in terms of population and heavy weaponry they have. It's really not common sense to use assume Russia can prevail regardless of how moronic they fight because of the Winter War because they don't have a fraction of the absolute advantage in numbers and weaponry they had over Finland. >Also the Finns had much greater terrain and climatological advantage
It still astounds me that Raspubreastsa is something many people don't acknowledge even a year into this conflict. Ukraine is geographically more vulnerable than Finland to invasion only if the invader happens to be smart enough to plan to invade or conduct major offensive operations during the summer when the countryside isn't a literal mud bog. Yet Russia keeps ordering major offensives under the most moronic of circumstances.

Apparently he didn't want his job and his youtube to cross over when he started doing these long-form discussions. He was a gaming channel.

The guy didn't even mention serving in the military before?
Anonymous
IIRC he works in logistics, I don't know if he's served but this one anecdote puts him above 99.9% of /k/
>military does once in a while presentation about that shit for virtue signaling, but you still have a choice in consenting about engaging in homosexualry >RUAF does a daily dose of homosexualry by engaging in prison culture shit and arbitrary considerations of whats gay or not. You don't have a choice whether you want to engage in it
Damn
>Guy buys rifles for the Australian army >Is making documentaries about unit cohesion and Russian morale and corruption
Just making shit up for 90% of these videos
I'm simply saying he represents himself as a subject matter expert when he works some mid job in the military bureaucracy of a third rate western power.
Most of what he's said in all of his videos likely comes from public information and is then spun by him to create a narrative. He's not in a position to know about Russian corruption, he can't even read Russian media.
Post something incorrect or unsubstantiated that he put in his videos. Most of it is just general knowledge and open sourced information from someone who has an education. Prove you're not just envious and make something better if you want. You won't though.
>Only thing I really got from this was learning the guy who owns Wanger is his main business is actually catering.
That's another one of those things that astounds me about Vatniks and 3rd world Russia simps. They live in a reality where its normal for the head of a catering company to end up in charge of a Army Corps (50K men) sized formation for a "super power" based on him running a catering company and being buddies with el'Presidente. It's like they don't quite grasp just how absurd this is when you say it out loud because of how used to casually over the top corruption in their own countries.
>people still falling for the "economics" meme
Kek. Thus far, the guy hasn't posted any of his qualifications, nor any real evidence of what he claims. He simply speaks authoritatively and you morons listen.
>Ok but what about HIS background ?
Since he isn't the subject of the videos, doesn't go into really technical details and give you his sources, that's barely relevant.
Pointing the mistakes of the presentations is thé best way to undermine the credibility of the author.
Vaguely questionning the credibility without pointing actual mistakes is vatnik-tiers uneducated argument.
I mean the Russians are stupid but I'm not going to say what is real and what is not real. I tend to look around me for my threats. But with these kinds of people they see threats everywhere but in their own Nations. They're the kind of people who look away when crime takes place in their hometown but can tell you how horrible the Iranian government is
>facebook memes
Unironic boomer or a troll? Can't tell, but his video's are not about politics in america. Posting an edit of consistent strawmans and lack of self awareness is not that good.
All of these dumbfricks in the thread screeching about how perun is wrong because its not what russia is telling them. And we all know russia wouldnt lie. Right?
I'm glad to see /k/ is becoming so progressive
Hopefully next we can get a common sense gun control general because let's face it the Second amendment is great and all but we really don't want vatnik magat traitors and terrorists armed
>army >rosgvardia >dpr/lpr >wagner >kadyrovytes >rusich >tsar's wolves >russian orthodox church's pmc
If Russia collapses the civil war that will follow will make the syrian civil war look like a minor scuffle.
You think I've watched more than just the one of these worthless videos? My time is valuable, unlike your minimum wage ass.
Why would I ever waste time on someone with zero academic or military credentials commenting on things well above their pay grade?
Do you take legal advice from the homeless?
first of all, you are already wasting your time replying to me, so you're not earning more than minimum wage either m8. Second, he has credentials and solid contacts in the military, you just don't know because you can't pay attention for more than 20 sec to his vids. But it's fine, I'm sure your reply will be some witty, enlightening quip at my expense, and totally deflect from the conversation 🙂
This just keeps getting funnier the longer the war goes on.
I wonder what's up with that guy nowadays. Has he managed to realize he's wrong about everything, is he doubling down or has he just killed himself out of embarassment
100% agree.
however, he should have included things like ideological objectives which are derived from political corruption that destroy armies. the perfect example would be the attempt to impose feminism in afghanistan which caused rebellions across the country and made the occupation much more difficult than it had to be. The inability of the USA to convert force into pragmatic political goals was a major contributor to its defeat.
amateurs talk about tactics.
professionals talk about logistics.
masters talk about politics.
His explanation of how Soledar was repeatedly announced as captured/uncaptured over and over actually made a lot of sense. We knew Ukies wasn't gonna hold Soledar for too long since they themselves admit that it is difficult there. But the fact Russian was flipfloping about the capture just to fight over who gets the credit was pretty hilarious.
the "we're about to capture it"
"alright, stop the offensive, we're going to put in *our* troops who we want to be able to take the credit" stuff is insane and hysterical
what's even better is that that's probably 50% of the rotation russian troops get
It's very interesting that this also indirectly confirms the idea that all the "soledar is taken" bullshit was almost entirely Wagner-specific propaganda. Literally a PMC shilling for itself on a fricking Western forum. Shit boggles the mind.
>Literally a PMC shilling for itself on a fricking Western forum. Shit boggles the mind.
Nah, they just post shit on pro-russian telegrams. Then ziggers copy paste telegram content here, desperate for Russian victories.
I got halfway through this video before literally, unironically, becoming mentally exhausted. The constant cycle of "step on rake" levels of buffoonery and corruption was too much.
How can someone be so consistently wrong on everything and still enjoy an audience bigger than 1? Serious question. He has been wrong more often than rating companies in during the onset of the 2008 financial crisis. Who watches this shit? Its like listening to the science after Corona.
You seem to know Perun quite well. Would you care to share a few examples of where he has been "wrong"?
And since your own moronation is the only example you could come up with, have a nice day
>Its like listening to the science after Corona.

Jesus, another epic self-own by vatnik morons.

Yes.
Dumb frog poster

Do you have any proof at all?

Holy shit outsourcing was a mistake, we really need people that understand the burden of proof as paid shills instead of this 3rd world bullshit.
>Russia's economy might be worse today, but that's because of oil and gas prices less so than sanctions
>The price of Urals crude oil was recorded at nearly 32.2 U.S. dollars per barrel below the benchmark Brent on January 17, 2023 (based on a rolling average of the past five days).
?t=1704
Perun usually avoids gotchas like that cause he caveats he's not an expert, and that there's obviously a lot of fog of war and propaganda in an active conflict.
>ukrainians lost 99% of their TB2s almost immediately and were delaying uploading propaganda videos
lol brown
And with this simple post the entire thread is derailed into oblivion...
Well played
Where was he wrong? An example or two would be nice
I honestly think you should be executed for posting this. In a rational society, the FBI would IP track this comment, extradite the anon if necessary, and sentence him to lethal injection.
Funny how every time Perun is posted on /k/ you have jealous nobodies crawling out the wood works seething because their own failed YT channels go completely unnoticed.
>Who watches this shit?

It is literally just a cover for owing the "westoids", it literally isn't meant to be a coherent thing.
It makes sense when you realize that tankie subhumans simply define 'imperialism' as 'when the USA does something'.
South Korea would defeat the Norks 1v1 tho.
Reminder that brown/misc/ always claim he is wrong but never bring up a point why he is wrong. Not even some schizo arguments. Now they just move to another Youtuber with lesser quality to find something lmao just kys
Whats with the wests obsession with sodomy?
1)Why are you unable to come up with on your own?
2)The painter is not western. Something you'd know if you were not moronic.
It's nod to a well known russian meme about going against the government. If you go up against the government, they will shove a broom up your ass. Get educated you Black person.
IDK Lira, why don't you enlighten us? How did you manage to be consistently wrong about everything since you were 5?
i remember when he said a year ago that as time went on, Ukraine would get more and more NATO weaponry
today, Ukraine is receiving Challenger tanks, Bradley and Marder IFVs and AMX-10 armored cars
Aren't those tank deals still ongoing in negotiations? Germany still debating whether to send their leopards or allow nations with leopards to send those to ukraine.
Dunno if Germany will send them, but it has said that it won't stop others from doing so
>How can someone be so consistently wrong on everything and still enjoy an audience bigger than 1? Serious question. He has been wrong more often than rating companies in during the onset of the 2008 financial crisis. Who watches this shit?
>Its so he can say not only did I beat them but I vassalized them and they are my b***hs now they fight for me.
That Putin needed to make a favorable offer of Vassalhood to Kadyorov switch side to end the rebellion in Chechenya (a miniscule province with a population of only a million and no heavy weapons) isn't really the flex of strength that you seem to think it is.
>The russians command structure has always been a mess though out history, intentionally so to prevent too much centralisation of power, but its a framework the Russians are well used to.
Oryx is wrong -bros, looks like we have competition!
The KGB Mafiya spent 40 years destroying Russia and encouraging its destruction. Its actively malicious.

Wasn't there a video before on the culture of "vranyo"?
There was but this one is different, the vranyo video goes into lies and corruption where this video is more about factionalism, infighting and how that leads to mismanagement.
As someone from that part of the world, he said nothing new to me, but nothing wrong, either.
I'd be interested to see a similar look at factionalism in Germany, Poland or the USA, or perhaps NATO as a whole.
That flag still does look like a design on a pizza box.
>Papa Kadyrov's chechen style american pizza
>try our 'junior jihadi' deal for a free kids drink with your next delivery!
It looks more like a chechen kfc clone
yea looks like papa john doesn't it
Kind of a sleeper.
Unless there's recent events he finds more relevant than whatever his patreons care about.
I liked this one. Suprising just how many PMCs there are, not just Wagner.
Lol at the vatnik bots spazing out at a perun video. didnt know he made them seethe so much
>it's time for a perun kino
Good video that summarises why Russia will lose. You can't win a war against somebody with a shitshow military and politics like this
I really liked this one. It's like the third in the trilogy.
Because most the topics he covers have nothing to do with his political opinion?
>Opinions?
Haven't watched this one yet, but I usually like how level headed he is about many topics and calls media out for blowing things out of proportions for big headlines.

>I have never seen this board being taken over by no guns people
This board has always doubled as a "war" board, talking about militaries, strategies, etc. I don't know why people are suddenly surprised that when a gigantic conventional war breaks out, there's tons of threads on it
Most of the people posting "what the russians are doing" are just reposting different things they saw on telegram, which is pretty accurate.
holy newbie
I love this opinion, you hear it about Laserpig too which is just funny as frick when you know what both of them do for a living.
didn't lazerpig recently released a video on his completely unbelievable background

I don't see what's so unbelievable about that, mind you my own list is.
>concreter
>electrician
>farmer
>industrial electrician
>hyponics salesman
So as someone that jumps around I'm not surprised others do the same.
what is so unbelievable about his background.
Used to like lazerpig pig till he showed how misinformed hes was about the ukraine war. He believed 100% the ghost of Kiev and the Russians dropping 100s of paratroopers into the Black Sea. Shit that any bone headed moron was bullshit, but sounded ok the the plebbit minded.
that doesnt answer any of my question but good for you.
>He believed 100% the ghost of Kiev
That would make me seriously doubt his opinions, you have a source on that?

Plus he 100% believed/believes the Russian army dropped paratroopers into the sea to freeze and die, that is 100% true
>"the ukrainians are still able to operate multiple fighter aircraft, regardless of if you believe the ghost of kyiv story or not"
Anon that does not sound like 100% believed to me.
Heres the key part "regardless of if you believe",(YOU) its not "I". At this point he is not denying it at all.
Plus the paratroopers dropped unsupported into the black sea to freeze is by far more ridiculous then a possible lucky ace but he clearly believes it
>Plus the paratroopers dropped unsupported into the black sea to freeze is by far more ridiculous then a possible lucky ace
Gross incompetency and baffling decision making from the russians have been by far the most consistent thing throughout the whole war.
>all that shit happened and is happening.
May I see it? A single source?
I gave mine.
Pretty sure these nafo morons believe these insane bs to cope with the fact the ukraine is certain to lose in the long and short term, but muh Russia said 3 days and 2 more weeks ok you keep telling yourself that.
I love the but they dug trenchs near a nuclear site too, so? The crisis was over 40 years ago the halflives have mostly burnt off. Its as safe as living in a city downwind of where almost a thousand nukes were tested( las Vegas).
Your whole belief is the Russians made mistakes therefore I can believe whatever crazy bullshit I want.

Since you already admitted the Chernobyl's trenches, I won't post a source for that, but I will point out that both Celsium and Strotium have a 30 years half-life, and a shitload of it was literally buried under the ground as part of the decontamination efforts(and guess what digging trenches do to the soil).
>Vice
Whatever garbage wont even bother

Ok and? Oh no their using auxiliary cannon fodder
>eating raw potatoes
Ok if real its not great but the homosexual nafo shills account its on seems to been posting drivel and propaganda for months.
Yeah considering that they didnt engage in any combat in or around the plant theres no proof the trenchs were used meaning expose was virtually nothing. Its not they were fricking eating the soil too.
This is an ejected/bailed out flight crew not 100s paratroopers dropped off the coast of Odessa. Least I know your not being dishonest your just moronic
>Whatever garbage wont even bother
You can check the footage itself here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjF3-4IcvoA&t=333s
Go to the 5:30 mark.
>Ok and? Oh no their using auxiliary cannon fodder
There were multiple reports during the *1st* week of the invasion, coming from the russian soldiers themselves, of how they straight up ran out of food and had to loot supermarkets and houses to feed themselves.
You are an actual moron, holy shit.
>the sims shit
Oh wow its a nothing burger cool
>warlords
The only reason the Chechens are there is a flex from Putin . Its so he can say not only did I beat them but I vassalized them and they are my b***hs now they fight for me.
The russians command structure has always been a mess though out history, intentionally so to prevent too much centralisation of power, but its a framework the Russians are well used to.
>nafo homosexual shills
Please show me 1 russian soldier who starved to death.
>Please show me 1 russian soldier who starved to death.
Yep look at that poor bastard wasting away to nothing. Someone show this to the Germans in the stalingrad pocket this is real starvation
Holy I started talking about how lazerpig was full of bullshit and know fricking nothing then someone brought up points that dont relate to that at all to justify there braindead beliefs. I was the one goalpost shifting though.
Chechenya is key in the cult of personality for Putin as its his first "military" victory and the start of the post soviet empire building.
>Russians might be used to this servile kind of pseudo feudalism, but it absolutely makes them backwards and less effective at war fighting.
Very true but it doesnt make them so incompetent that they would drop unsupported paratroopers into freezing water to die.
It just means ever gain has to cost more then its NATO counterparts which is expected. Russia has always leveraged large attrition and resource war and always found victory. They got btfod in the winter war but still took all the land they wanted and achieved there political goals, this is their 21 century winter war, eg Russia wins
Holy shit it is Gordo Lira.
Perhaps you may be forgetting the Crimean war, the Russo Japanese war and the Great war?
You know, the ones in which Russia got rolfstomped?
>Crimean war
Lost no territory. But had to give up gains it would later take back anyway.
>Jap Rus war
Mostly a sea conflict a field the russians have always been laughably bad at, lost a port city on the furthest edge of a giant empire
>Great war
Lost territories because of internal revolts that it would later reconquer
>this is their 21 century winter war, eg Russia wins.
>Lost no territory. But had to give up gains it would later take back anyway.
Still a loss, and why the frick would the brits want part of russia?
>Mostly a sea conflict a field the russians have always been laughably bad at, lost a port city on the furthest edge of a giant empire
They also lost the respect of the entire world for losing to Japan, a pathetic non European power.
>Lost territories because of internal revolts that it would later reconquer
Ah, because they were doing so fricking SMASHING before, huh? I wonder why those revolts might have happened.
> I wonder why those revolts might have happened.
Western sabotage.
>plus greater moral. Ukrainians manpower is spent and there equipment is misused
With this delusion I understand why you guys behave like you do
>Less in the balance of power and more in the sense that Russia will take huge casualties and a hit to prestige but will accomplish its territorial goals at least.
>>Jap Rus war
>Mostly a sea conflict a field the russians have always been laughably bad at, lost a port city on the furthest edge of a giant empire
Had the Russian political situation been more internally stable, they could have kept fighting and lost absolutely nothing.
homie russian territorial goals are conquering all of Ukraine. But since you're an actual moron, you probably believe that capturing 100% of a country you couldn't even hold 20% of is just a matter of throwing enough mobiks into the meat grinder. You're utterly delusional vanya
>Chechenya is key in the cult of personality for Putin as its his first "military" victory and the start of the post soviet empire building.
Holy goalpost shifting
>your just moronic
>your
lol. As I said it's at least believable due to video evidence of a very similar thing but continue being butthurt
>Ok and?
It's literally illegal in the strongest terms in the supposed state of Russia.
Of course, we all know Russian doesn't exist and was replaced by a rogue state ruled by the remnants of the KGB.
>I love the but they dug trenchs near a nuclear site too, so? The crisis was over 40 years ago the halflives have mostly burnt off. Its as safe as living in a city downwind of where almost a thousand nukes were tested( las Vegas).
> Its as safe as living in a city
Are you serious?
I refuse to believe you're this moronic and are just putting on an act for (you)s
Yes, we've all seen the videos.
I hate these kinds of people. Never fired a gun never held a gun in the entire lives and the yet they're going to tell you a 9 mm can take down a tank because there was that one time that one guy in a story they heard shot a driver therefore 9 mm is the most powerful round in the world. They are also obsessed with cod ideas like red dots make everything better. This is the same guy that said the t-34 was a terrible tank and did not win the war. I know you think this guy has seen anything in the real world. Plus he puts on a voice to try to sound tough. I wish the British were invaded by Vikings again
Hello there fellow PrepHole weapons board veteran. Remember the old times when this board was good? I sure do.
Why is anyone even supporting Ukraine, we should just let Russia take what is rightfully its.
I love guns btw.
>we should just let Russia take what is rightfully its.
The muscovites already have muskovy. Ukrainians are reclaiming what is theirs: The entirety of the Kievan Rus (pic related).
>I love guns btw.
3/10 bait.
>What is Novgorod republic
>What is Novgorod republic
The future site of "Eastern Ukraine".
Not muscovy.
They are misspelling the name and refusing to call themselves Russians.
It's not that unbelievable when there's videos of Russians parachuting in to water
>Thread on Perun talking about how politics can frick up armies
>People b***h about Perun being wrong but won't specify on what
>People dig up examples of Lazerpig believing memes instead
I think critics tend to be afraid to go into specifics on Perun videos both cause they lack the attention span to digest what he's talking about, or get nervous when they can't refute him pointing out very basic stuff like "Wagner and the Russian MOD both claim exclusive credit for capturing Soledar" which actually supports there being a shit load of political infighting in the Russian Forces.
it's hilarious because he clearly works for the military and is probably the most qualified youtuber to talk about these matters, yet never tries to use that authority to assert anything. He always uses open source data and logic and wants people to take it at face value
Russian shills and pajeets can't take it because they only have the cold facts to attack and that's much harder than ad hominem, hence this seething
>it's hilarious because he clearly works for the military
lol no c**t
Pointing out that he doesn't back his claims up with ANYTHING beyond economic theory isn't seething.
>he clearly works for the military
He's not military, he's a glowie.
Even if he wasn't a glowie before he started these videos he is by now, ASIS doesn't let talent go to waste - I've heard stories of them poaching honours students directly from their work placements before
Apparently he didn't want his job and his youtube to cross over when he started doing these long-form discussions. He was a gaming channel.
>"Perun lets his job and his YouTube channel cross-over"
The guy didn't even mention serving in the military before?
IIRC he works in logistics, I don't know if he's served but this one anecdote puts him above 99.9% of /k/
?t=191
seems like that was a lie
in 10 years vatniks will still be bringing up the ghost of kyiv lol
>He believed 100% the ghost of Kiev and the Russians dropping 100s of paratroopers into the Black Sea.
May I see it?
LOL. LMAO.
Why are they like this?
>Navy
>Gay
Wow who would have guessed
>absolutely seething
Upholding naval traditions I see!
>military does once in a while presentation about that shit for virtue signaling, but you still have a choice in consenting about engaging in homosexualry
>RUAF does a daily dose of homosexualry by engaging in prison culture shit and arbitrary considerations of whats gay or not. You don't have a choice whether you want to engage in it
Damn
> tfw the vatnik spam made me genuinely rethink my hatred of trannies and gays and realize something
> I don't actually care if people are gay
>Guy buys rifles for the Australian army
>Is making documentaries about unit cohesion and Russian morale and corruption
Just making shit up for 90% of these videos
any examples?
I'm simply saying he represents himself as a subject matter expert when he works some mid job in the military bureaucracy of a third rate western power.
Most of what he's said in all of his videos likely comes from public information and is then spun by him to create a narrative. He's not in a position to know about Russian corruption, he can't even read Russian media.
>comes from public information
No shit, you don't commit treason for a youtube channel.
I would
.t warthunder player
so can you provide an example of him being wrong?
>he can't even read Russian media.
Stop projecting your shortcomings onto others, especially when the man has slav blood.
Post something incorrect or unsubstantiated that he put in his videos. Most of it is just general knowledge and open sourced information from someone who has an education. Prove you're not just envious and make something better if you want. You won't though.
Chug is seething again
Reminder to report
Nah, I only ever report spam threads that clear half the board. The only reason I still come here is the relatively low levels of moderation.
Useless midwit let's player LARPing as a military analyst for a country that doesn't have a military.
Only thing I really got from this was learning the guy who owns Wanger is his main business is actually catering.
Wagner*
and the head of russian national guard is the ex bodyguard of putin
Imagine dying for a fricking catering company.
Shit never thought of it that way
Are the pierogies that good?
>Only thing I really got from this was learning the guy who owns Wanger is his main business is actually catering.
That's another one of those things that astounds me about Vatniks and 3rd world Russia simps. They live in a reality where its normal for the head of a catering company to end up in charge of a Army Corps (50K men) sized formation for a "super power" based on him running a catering company and being buddies with el'Presidente. It's like they don't quite grasp just how absurd this is when you say it out loud because of how used to casually over the top corruption in their own countries.
and the secretary of defense used to work in construction and never served in the military
That's why he's call the white chef literally. I wonder how good his food is though?
>people still falling for the "economics" meme
Kek. Thus far, the guy hasn't posted any of his qualifications, nor any real evidence of what he claims. He simply speaks authoritatively and you morons listen.
he shure makes you seethe tho
This is my second and last post in this thread. Sneed.
>his qualifications
His qualification is sounding birtish, that's it.
>ESL cant distinguish accents
Brown person detected
>Ok but what about HIS background ?
Since he isn't the subject of the videos, doesn't go into really technical details and give you his sources, that's barely relevant.
Pointing the mistakes of the presentations is thé best way to undermine the credibility of the author.
Vaguely questionning the credibility without pointing actual mistakes is vatnik-tiers uneducated argument.
>unironically still posting Perun
LOL. LMFAO even.
Did something happen in Ukraine for all this low effort vatBlack person shit?
they're shitting their pants, worrying that they'll be mobilized - here's hoping !
Prolly the Su-57 remarkably poor technical specs getting leaked.
Let me guess, it was another warthunder forum incident?
Yes, yes it was
Damn game is gonna end up being a national security threat, I swear to God
>stealing a meme about serbs and switching up the names
ziggers can't meme
>steals meme
>steals bantz
>makes unsubstantiated criticisms
pathetic.
Am I the only one who learned that the German Air Force operated panzers and the fact that Japanese army operated naval ships?
I knew the Luftwaffe had infantry but never tanks
it was a pretty good video. reminds me of stalker games. for an ex communist state russia sure seems to have a free market for private armies kek
Right?
should I not be worried about the ATF immigration rights free speech I should only worry about Ukraine I'm in real tired of this
Like is everyone forgetting this homosexual's entire channel history before his HOI4-player tier analyses was obscure garbage vidya?
Nope.
I'm glad to see /k/ is becoming so progressive
Hopefully next we can get a common sense gun control general because let's face it the Second amendment is great and all but we really don't want vatnik magat traitors and terrorists armed
>/k/ is becoming so progressive
/k/ is a moderate board
>corrupt russia has an incompetent army
>gayner does politics games against rus military
no shit homosexual.
>army
>rosgvardia
>dpr/lpr
>wagner
>kadyrovytes
>rusich
>tsar's wolves
>russian orthodox church's pmc
If Russia collapses the civil war that will follow will make the syrian civil war look like a minor scuffle.
Unironcally eye opening. Explains the shit performance of russian combined forces overall.
I'm trans btw, not sure if that matters.
there might literally be like 2 posts in 200 talking about the op at all
Holy shit perun makes vatniks shriek like a vampire in the sun
The truth is always painful to someone who lives on lies
It's honestly amazing
Shit video by a nobody gaymer stream homosexual with zero credentials.
Only mental toddlers on this subreddit are impressed with this Wikipedia tier recital.
All that, and you cannot point a single thing wrong in his latest video. Or in any video. Why should anyone trust your literal shit post?
You think I've watched more than just the one of these worthless videos? My time is valuable, unlike your minimum wage ass.
Why would I ever waste time on someone with zero academic or military credentials commenting on things well above their pay grade?
Do you take legal advice from the homeless?
> Why would I ever waste time on someone with zero academic or military credentials
Uhh.. anon?
first of all, you are already wasting your time replying to me, so you're not earning more than minimum wage either m8. Second, he has credentials and solid contacts in the military, you just don't know because you can't pay attention for more than 20 sec to his vids. But it's fine, I'm sure your reply will be some witty, enlightening quip at my expense, and totally deflect from the conversation 🙂
>Second, he has credentials
Show us your credentials, Perun.
>Now History Legends, THERE's a youtuber
The guy knows what he's talking about, unlike you, moron
Your time is worthless, Gonzalo.
I guess you only follow renowned expertZ on the subject like Incel Slave Z and pic related.
This just keeps getting funnier the longer the war goes on.
I wonder what's up with that guy nowadays. Has he managed to realize he's wrong about everything, is he doubling down or has he just killed himself out of embarassment
>My time is valuable, unlike your minimum wage ass.
Yet you shitpost here
I'm pleased because he comes to the same conclusion I reached. Russia can't fix itself because to fix itself it would need to stop being Russia.
100% agree.
however, he should have included things like ideological objectives which are derived from political corruption that destroy armies. the perfect example would be the attempt to impose feminism in afghanistan which caused rebellions across the country and made the occupation much more difficult than it had to be. The inability of the USA to convert force into pragmatic political goals was a major contributor to its defeat.
amateurs talk about tactics.
professionals talk about logistics.
masters talk about politics.
You can talk about politics all you want so long as you do it on the relevant board
His explanation of how Soledar was repeatedly announced as captured/uncaptured over and over actually made a lot of sense. We knew Ukies wasn't gonna hold Soledar for too long since they themselves admit that it is difficult there. But the fact Russian was flipfloping about the capture just to fight over who gets the credit was pretty hilarious.
the "we're about to capture it"
"alright, stop the offensive, we're going to put in *our* troops who we want to be able to take the credit" stuff is insane and hysterical
what's even better is that that's probably 50% of the rotation russian troops get
literally plot of a dark war comedy
The amount of Sneed this guy is able to elicit from shills and brownies on this board will never not be hilarious.
