I don't think they do. They rolled out T62s instead of older homogenous turret T72s. I think the reason for this is that the T62 was, relatively speaking, an export failure. It's far more lucrative to steal T72 parts from a boneyard than T62s. And I think it's for that same reason we won't see T55s.
The T62 and T55 essentially had the same capabilities after 100mm APFSDS, the Bastion GLATGM, and applique armor kits.

Senegal, Gabon, Ghana and Gambia have no tanks. There's probably more but I can't be bothered doing further research.
The Central African Republic had 3 T-55s a decade ago, which are thought to now be out of service due to ongoing civil war/usual lack of maintenance.
Rwanda only has a couple dozen ancient T-54s, while Uganda next door has a whole bunch of T-90s, Type 85s and probably the largest remaining force of T-54s in the world, with 173 in service. If I was Rwanda I'd probably want to replace my tank force eventually, as a precaution.
Togo may as well have no tanks: 4 T-54s and 7 T-34 (!!!)

IFVs and APCs are held much, much more conservatively and cannot fulfill the role of tanks.
Instead of APCs, some sort fo wheeled IFV with a light gun/howitzer/mortar and a machinegun.
The third world still has them, same with AKs. That's why Russia Donbabweans and Lugandans have to use moist nuggets and Russia has lost over half their operable tanks and have started using T-62s. Imagine having flooded the third world with so much old crap, and then finding out you ended up needing it. Be hilarious if they end up trying to buy them back.
They haven't lost that much yet, they just need to get their stockpiles battle ready. But you have to remember those export tanks have been mostly fricked by other conflicts and neglect.

Probably chink versions of Soviet tanks. You have to consider that the third world isn't just buying based on price but politics. Certain materiel suppliers will not sell to you if those politics. General Umbuktu of the Rape All Children The Next Village Over tribe is not going to be buying from Germany, or probably even Korea. That leaves only the subhumans, and the French are too expensive.

The Soviet Union is gone, no one is pumping out cutting edge tanks at communist slave labor prices. Buy German or American, or if you're politically isolated, buy French or Korean.
