F-35/22 and other stealth fighters are easy to detect with low frequency radar. What makes them "stealth" is that they're hard to shoot down with high frequency targeting radars.
Stealth significantly reduces the range at which even low frequency radar detects the plane, just less so than high frequency radar. And even if a plane is detected, it's not necessarily classified.
It's a silly idea though, if we wanted to start shooting Russian jets down we could just do it openly and they won't do shit.
