>be bakery
>need FFL to bake cake for veteran celebrating his birthday
this rule was so retarded it was more like
>be bakery
>need FFL regardless of what i'm going to bake because it's theoretically possible that i could bake something into a gun
>make fingers into gun-shaped gesture
What happens?
>all the atoms around me can be made into a gun one day
What happens?
oi m8, you got a loisence for the iron in your blood?
>i could bake something into a gun
This cartoon made me hungry as a child
I bet you could use hard tack for certain structural elements. Could definitely make a stock out of it.
>edible glock frames
Someone should actually try this out, just to piss of the atf
Edible is an ambitious word to describe hard tack.
Very tempted to bake an ar lower right now
I'm now wondering how much of an AR could be made of wood and last at least 1000 rounds.
I bet it's a surprising amount. But you absolutely have to use good wood for the job, carved from one solid piece with no knots. No pressed reconstituted shit.
pretty fair bit of it, pretty much all the lower receiver. There is some stupidly hard woods out there.
Yeah, this is exactly what I postulated would happen when this whole kerfuffle started. The ATF had quite literally turned any solid object into a potential gun. People were joking that any ingot of metal would be regulated as a frame or receiver, and anybody who actually read the rules as stated could see it quite literally meant that.
I just read most of the ruling, holy based that was a fun read. who knew there are still sane judges left in this country?
At this rate ATF may declare judges are insane and they are gonna follow letter of the law not rumbling of the madman.
Common Sense Ruling.
they will declare judges as a potential frame/receiver under their rule.
"I know when I see it"
"Not my problem"/
lol my god
They should make an aluminum p80 80%
I can't see how that would work tbh.
There's already aluminum glock frames
Why would an 80 percent version not work
massively expensive to the point you may as well get one of the expensive Matrix guns
It's no different than making an aluminum AR 80%
If there is a price increase it wouldn't be prohibitive.
I think he's talking about the tooling and machining it would require to make the 80%. It would be possible, there are aluminum frames available, but they cost a ton and the demand probably isn't there.
They could be cast then finished far cheaper than cnc start to finish.
Which still needs to be sold for six or seven hundred dollars to make a profit based on current options. If you could to it cheaper there might be a business opportunity in there for you. Still probably too much risk to get started until the supreme court declares them legal once and for all.
Similarly completely finished pistol frames are 100-200 dollars.
You are not basing your claim In reality.
A cnc total frame would be very expensive.
Where can you get an aluminum g19 clone for that or are you referring to completely different guns?
A g19 clone wouldn't be unfinished now would it you opposite disorder having weeb?
You seem to misunderstand the cost of producing things, but if you come up with a cool looking 80% that takes glock parts for around $80 I'll buy it. Otherwise I'll just stick to $50 plastic ones.
You are using the sales price of a finely finished cnc aluminum glock clone as a reference. The time and machinery involved alone makes them low production high cost ventures.
I am using the cost of multiple skelotonized type frames cast from aluminum then partially finished to 80%.
The fuck mental disorder do you have anon?
To be clearer would do a cast version that is skeletonized like a 1911 cast frame is. You would then be able to sell grips and modular parts. The only thing that needs to stay true to glock is the pin, trigger, rail and magwell specs. The frame itself being made of stronger aluminum could designed much differently than the p80 style polymer frames.
Great, but my P80 appetite has been sated after building 4 of them. It was fun to skip the paperwork for them, but they're just kinda meh after a while
The community around them is less excited about the art of the gun and more felons or underage retards getting the cheapest parts to build a barely functioning gun.
Maybe I'll move onto 1911s, but it looks like a crazy difficulty curve
my ak building autism will never be satiated
Dobsonsisters have been vindicated.
basado
wait you're telling me i can get a burger cake?
I don't know about cake but savory pies have been a thing in England for centuries.
The judge should used truck logic. "one is a truck and the other is a 100,000 dollar sedan that's used for larping as blue collar workers or as a emotional support vehicle.."
I can't afford the glorified sedan trucks that never see work. Have an old 1 ton Chevy 3500 with 200k miles on it and still does its job.
I wish they produced trucks like this instead of the 100,000 dollar sedans.
Mexicans would buy them and just drive them on the ground.
If the chicken tax was repealed then those Japanese mini trucks would be very popular with high school students.

what does this mean for form 1 suppressors? oh wait it means nothing because all of the solvent trap guys folded and got an ffl and sot or got shafted by the feds by being retards.
>80% lowers are back on the menu
Where they weren't banned by name.
t. Washington anon, where 80% is explicitly banned
Washington state is a cesspool and everyone who lives there deserves each other.
Just buy a 79% lower then.
>hurrrr what about my ban state?
you're irrelevant
>Washington
