We're actually the 12th largest defense exporter globally (1.2% of the global share). Most of it is technology like radars and materials (I'm pretty sure the anti-radar coating on the F-35 is a Dutch design), but we've also got things like the Goalkeeper CIWS.

That's a bit misleading, they're not financing the whole thing, only €400 million, and they're saying "It is reported", I.E. not with certainty
    >It is reported that the Dutch government has allocated about €400 million for the project.
The defense minister is correct though
    >“European production capacities should grow for Ukraine, but also for ourselves. Our armed forces have to be combat-ready, and there is a time pressure to do so,” said the Dutch Defense Minister.
is what I've been saying, not just for Europe but the western world. It's a great opportunity to bring back online the production capacity required, without needing to scramble when war breaks out.

i feel vindicated because i was telling people from the very start that europe would have a strong reaction to this but it would take a few years to get the ball rolling.
you now see MIC factories restarting, additional factory lines getting made, entire new factories getting built.
just because it's not all over the news doesn't mean it aint happening, europe is re-arming, just took some time to get the momentum going.

They terrorized the world for five hundred years and created mass murder on a scale never seen twice. For Putin and Trump to have provoked sleeping Europe into waking and arming is a disaster, maybe the end of mankind. Its like when bees or locusts swarm, there is something terrible and evil in Europeans that they change and soak themselves in blood when they militarize. Whole continents, peoples and nations will be wiped out.

Russia is being ripped apart and has lost the stockpile of weapons that took the occupation of eastern Europe and 70 years to accumulate. It's got a limited scrapyard of garbage left and its economy is in a state of collapse. I understand that people in India, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ghana and Damascus doing what you are doing will be killed by the Ukrainians after the war. good luck with your three rupees or whatever it was you wasted your life for, Russia is gaining nothing but dead, its loosing 100+ people dead and 100+ vesicles destroyed. Its accomplishing nothing of note and Ukraine grows stronger every day. This is reality. I do believe they will kill you by the way, not joking about that at all.

That was quite the sperg out. I'm not Russian, Slav or a thirdie (all the same thing really) but Ukraine is clearly struggling more than Russia at this point; Russia can make small gains and keep them whilst Ukraine is seemingly incapable of mounting offensive action, and presumably will be unable to unless the EU/US really start pouring more resources into the war.

Look at you completely oblivious to the fact that Russia has been militarily gutted alive in just 24 months and is at a point when the entirely of what remains of its artillery and tanks are in Ukraine and being reduced daily. Its not q question of doubt or debate, Russias strategic defeat occurred over a year ago. Its built on that defeat and now is unlikely to have any conventional military left unless Ukraine chooses to accept Russia surrender. Its not a game of equals either, not even slightly and has not been at any point since the EU and NATO took Ukraine's side. Tell me all about how you think the Russian economy is just fine as well. So, no actual gains. The Russians have paid a very high price for their gains, but they are now occupying Ukrainian territory, and Ukrainian forces cannot dislodge them. A military the size of Russia should have been able to handily crush Ukraine, which speaks to both Russian incompetence and Ukrainian tenacity in defence, but it seems Russia is still winning by virtue of its size, and Ukraine can merely be kept on life support by NATO donations.

This has been said a thousand times already, but here we go again! This is not a videogame, this is real life. Puccians consider thicc lines and bright colors on maps to be the top priority in this war. Ukrainians consider attrition their top priority. And while Puccia's stockpiles of meat and metal runs deep, very very deep, it's not fricking infinite. How many heroic, Pyrrhic """victories""" can Puccia sustain?
                Were Mariupol, Avdiivka, Bakhmut successes?
Did the legendary VDV being reduced to "endangered" status bring Puccia closer to taking Berlin?
Were all the refinery strikes negligible smooking accidents?
Does going from T90s and BMP3s to T72s to and BMP2s to T54s and BMP1s, and now, to fricking chink golf carts and motorcycles mean your army is growing in size and tech complexity?
For every empty wheat field the mighty Puccian bear pays a river of blood, meat, bones and metal scrap. And Murz and Pringles didn't exactly paint a rosy picture of their casualty rates compared to Ukies.
