Listen sonny, you can fire that big ol assault rifle here all you want but can you please do it at the end of the range? You're spooking my dog!
Listen sonny, you can fire that big ol assault rifle here all you want but can you please do it at the end of the range? You're spooking my dog!
Yeah, sure. It's no big deal, I'll shift my targets over there next cease fire.
FPBP
>Not having a treat for the dog
You were so nearly midwestern. So close.
Whadyya mean you need an auto loader? They jam and all you need is a good revolver, they don’t jam and shoot POWERFUL .357 or 44 mag!
>Hey nice pistol there, what brand is it?
>P80? What's that?
>Hey there's no serial on it?
>Well follow me, I got a buddy at the ATF who will set you up.
>We can't have you walking around without a serial.
"Why the frick are you on my property old man?"
>my property
The native Americans were here first!
More like naive Americans.
Until we conquered them and took the spoils of war, the injuns are just mad we beat them at their own game.
This.
Native Americans made war against each other constantly it was their number one pastime, closely followed by hunting.
White man turns up, makes war and hunts, they get pissy.
They're just racist.
Natives were responsible for killing so many Mexicans that Mexico was practically depopulated, then we came and killed the Mexicans only predator.
So you're saying that we need to re-introduce a predator to reduce the Mexican population to a sustainable level?
How about the British? They're world renowned for reducing native populations. Just plant tea there.
Haha you made a funny but the white race is still going extinct
Your bait is weak. Go leave before someone asks you to post guns, kiddo.
Hot tip: don't bring a dog to a fricking range. If it's loud enough to damage our ears it's murder on an animal whose hearing is ~4 times as sensitive. I'm not even sure if earpro would be effective.
dogs can control their ears tho and should be able to close em
some dogs can filter out some sound
not all dogs are able to do this, and certain breeds (like Border Collies) are still hypersensitive to sound so a gunshot is gonna be murder on their ears
I've heard that eventually they get used to it
Yeah, when they go deaf they get used to it
Dogs aren't little b***hes like you. They don't even wear shoes homo, I bring my dog on walks in 120° heat and he doesn't even say shit about the road being hot like your troony ass would if you were walking barefoot
frick off polcel
have a nice day troony
It's called calluses and you too can get them if you walk barefoot enough
I mean, I'm probably down there already, just because I like as much personal space as I can politely get when shooting.
>when strangers start asking you about your guns
>and you know it's the first step towards them asking to handle and shoot your guns
why can't people just mind their own business
Nah, I'm just always short on time, and conversations can cost a lot.
I don’t mind, but it’s a you can see mine if I can see yours kinda deal
I hate that we have to use ranges for restricted stuff. Shooting isn't a social thing for me, it's the opposite. I like to just do it alone and zone out, sort of like golfing. Last time I went golfing a literal Black tried to pair up with me. I had to play so slow he got frustrated and eventually just moved on, but he ruined about 3 holes of 18.
Idk man, I feel like we’re kinda all in this together… the more we get normies interested in shooting the better off we are… it’s one battle at a time.
>said the Arcee spy
>thinking he'd successfully embedded himself among the denizens of /k/
Tell me about your suppressors anon… let me see those sexy serial numbers
>goes out in public
>gets upset when people talk to him
You can simply politely decline and rest easy knowing they're childish buttholes if they won't take no for an answer.
>goes out in public
>gets upset when people talk to him
Yes, exactly.
You say this as if the average person can take no for an answer, hearing "no" in my experience makes the average moron confused and angry even when it's over something small
Do you just walk up to total strangers at the grocery store and restaurants and start talking to them? The only reason people do it at the gun range is because they want to try out your gun without paying for ammo.
Shooting is a social activity. It isn't for autists and loner freaks. If you're going to use my range, then you're going to talk to people and let them try out your guns.
Mint chocolate chip is the best ice cream I don't give a frick what any of you say.
Also where can I get a sling like picrel, I want something I can put on an older gun whose stock I don't want to drill into, it's too pretty to tap with a sling stud,.
You can find them on ebay, I found it with "mossberg sling" about 50USD for one by (I assume) Wilderness
Very based mint enjoyer. Mint chip is a great choice and I never have to worry about my gf stealing any because nobody else likes it.
For me, it's moose tracks.
I hate this meme ever since IV8888 used it in the thumbnail of a video.
IV8888 has gotten on my nerves lately. He's too political now. All these fricking guntubers can't just stick to guns, aside from James and Hop. TFBTV is the only thing I really watch anymore.
Yeah sorry bud but there's no way around it. Guns are political: If you don't like it you could always try bussy. Seems to be up your alley.
You're one of those r-dditors who got butthurt when Tucker Carlson visited Hickok45's compound, aren't you?
He seems pretty polite so don't see why not
>that one old man that sits at the end of the range, he's there every day so much so that his comforts are strewn about the place, he somehow never gets up out of his lawn chair and never runs out of ammo but fresh targets appear and he keeps shooting
Anybody else notice him?
You should make peace with God right now.
Hey, this guy is at my range too. But whenever I think about going over to talk to him, he's already packed up his stuff and left.
Get your dog hearing protection.
hearing protection for dogs is expensive as frick
Story from last summer.
>out at my favorite range
>very few rules
>no full auto no tracer rounds
>shoot whatever targets you want as long as it isnt glass
>i show up with my buddies and we are dressed as cowboys
>brought black powder loads for the wheelyboys and levergats
>hehawing and rootin tootin
>boomer and his quiet and obese son show up
>set up right next to us
>gets out a case and unpacks an ar
>then the boomer gets a skittish and sickly german shepard out of his suv
>we stop shooting as soon as the dog gets out
>boomer leads the dog over and ties his leash to the post next to us
>boomer tells us to carry on because the dog doesnt mind
>loads up the ar and starts magdumping into our targets that we set up
>dog is absolutely freaking the frick out and switching between trying to run away and cowering
>he stops for a minute to let his son get ready to shoot
>boomer tells us that he rescued the dog from the pound a few months ago and that he loves guns
>they go back and forth indiscriminately shooting around our targets
>go through an ammo can full of magazines in less than half an hour
>starts packing up and makes son get the dog
>dog doesnt want anything to do with them and is frantic
>son manhandles the dog and throws him into the trunk of the suv
>boomer keeps yelling at the son and the dog about stupid shit
>they leave and we are kind of stunned from what just happened
>call the front office and tell them what happened
>there is now a large "no dogs on the range" sign in the office
Why are boomers like this?
Sure I have shot a few 22 with my dog in the vicinity, but I am not going to subject her to that kind of shit. Does he think that the dog just has built in earpro?
This is why I think there should be something like a $1k loicense to own dogs to filter out all the idiots.
>money = intelligence
Kek, you think $150k watches and $20k hangbags exist because the rich are smart?
Rich idiots don't spend thousands of dollars on purebred dogs just to take them to the public shooting range either.
Yeah because that works so well for driving
>Does he think
No.
So am I shooting my rifle on the clay range or is he shooting his shotgun on the 300m lanes?
>bringing a dog to the range
Please tell me this isn't common where you are. Poor dogs have great hearing until you take them to the range.
>switches to .458WM
OK.
>bringing a dog to the range
What the hell is wrong with you? No, I'm not moving, leave your dog at home, moron.
