Let's assume I just bought this gun and haven't picked it up yet but will do so very soon. Do I like it? Is it a good carry/hiking gun? Is it good for some light plinking on the side?

Dual tone is homosexual
It looks fine to me, the other colors are purple cerakote or copper cerakote. And of course black.
Literally looks like two tone UK Airsoft guns so someone doesn't mistake it for a real gun.
380. Congratulations you found something worse than 9mm.
This choice gave you aids.
Being a Browning invention makes it superior to 9x19.
I'll tell that to the guy you shoot who lives and shoots you killing you. We will laugh.
>i saw it with my own two eyes, a .380 hollow point hit a man in the chest and bounced right off him!
I hope you aren't shooting a fat guy in a jacket because 380 is weak sauce.
>fatties can't feel pain
>>380s are for girls
Why the fuck would you buy a 1911 in .380? 9mm in a 1911 is already retarded but .380 is doubly so.
Because it's ~15% smaller and thinner and ~70% the weight of a 1911-45.
Why do you want a big single stack in .380?
>seeking validation from others
Cute small gun in a cute small caliber
Its weighs 18oz and is 85% of a 1911
a competent carry piece
>Is it a good carry/hiking gun? Is it good for some light plinking on the side?
if the gun is reliable and you like it then yeah it will be
>sprue marks in hammer
Does that mean it's a MIM part?
When you do pick it up, ask yourself those questions:
>Do I like it?
Only you can decide that. A gun you like is hopefully a gun you shoot often.
>Is it a good carry/hiking gun?
Carry it. Hike with it. See for yourself. Give yourself some time to adjust to the size and weight. Try different carry positions. Open carry? Concealed carry? You’ll have to find out which you prefer.
>Is it good for some light plinking on the side?
Shoot it a lot. Pick up 1000 rounds. Get comfortable with your gun.
>.380
At least it's a browning.
Buy a real 1911, op.
Neither here nor there but:
>tfw my grand uncle, a guy who was closing in on two meters tall and wide as hell, apparently owned half a dozen of these at any one time.
not op but wot if I already do.
never shot the black label but the appeal is real.
