circumference is a function of girth you idiot.

Good luck getting those guys mobile, let alone mobilized. They can't fit in any of the gear that you do manage to scrounge up.

On the plus side, they should have have their own force of gravity which might throw off the HIMARS cep.

Just give them bicycles and bolt rifles for sniping. Just because you are fat doesn't mean you can't lay your ass down for hours and shoot someone.

Uncouple the turret, drop them in, then reassemble the tank around them. With no hope of escape, they will fight and protect the tank as though it were their own flesh.

        Anonymous

you'll need leg holes for when the fuel runs out. And armor for the legs. And a poop chute.

          Anonymous

There is an "escape" hatch on the bottom of the tank. It's not really viable for the turret crew to get to, but the driver can use it, and regularly hosing out the interior, or letting rainwater in will flush out waste.

For such a hard target, 10mm is the minimum acceptable caliber to stop the threat.
120mm SABOT might also make it through that thick hide.

I guess its a literal translation of "вeликopoc" which means greater russian. It's part of old imperial lingo that was used towards the people in the heartland regions of russia. Ukrainians were "lesser russians" and belorussians were "white russians". I don't know why State Duma brings up 19th century lingo in 2022 though

      >Ukrainians were "lesser russians”
Incorrect translation here. This is all based on Greek/Byzantine church lingo, Malo Russia, where Malo (normally translated as small or little) should be translated as core, and “Megale, often translated as “great” or “big” is used in the same sense as saying the “Greater Milwaukee area”. If you are from “Greater Russia” you aren’t the better Russian or the bigger Russian, you are the satellite Russian, the culture-less suburbanite hanging your hat on a heritage others can claim more strongly.

When you are from Megale Russia, you only count as Russian from the most expansive definition of Russia, but of course when Moskovy rose to pre-eminence after the mongol conquest (having sold out to the Mongols in return for suzerainty over their ethnic brothers), they had great incentive to reframe these terms to legitimize their rule over what had been the homeland of their people.

Ehh, that might be the case with the origin of the words, but during the late Empire people applied the literal meaning to imply superiority over the dumb and underdeveloped ethnicities in comparison to the noble muskovites and peterites.

Russia is inhabited by three typse of people.
    Manlet vatniks.
    Opressed Minorities.
    Opressed Russians.
The armored vehicles are built to only fit Manlets, because Manlets have always been the despotic ruling class while Russians have always been the productive middle class and labour.
In an act of desperation, vatniks are now willing to call up reserves made of Russians and arm them, hoping that this would allow their army to actually stand up to the "large" Ukrainians.
