Since both lancet and FPVs obviously can't capture their own aftermath and can outrange typical sighting quads, it's just not reasonable to expect that every hit gets a spotter. Of course though there's still no way to know how many hits without followup are successful, so you need to factor that upside estimate into Oryx data on top of the usual fudge factor.
That said, Lancet's warhead is significantly inferior to even an FPV with an RPG. If it's not hitting something like a radar or a missile tube it's fairly unreliable, while an FPV with accurate placement will significantly damage or destroy as long as it actually goes off properly.
