I assuming you're hoping for the war tourists to know nothing about your image and you'll get a few screeching replies. But the 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is literally not even out of trials yet. That's the official statement. Much like the T-14, it's a wunderwaffe vapourware piece of hardware. Created just to go >WE CAN DO BETTER THAN WEST (USA)!!!
Which is how Russia plays their little game. Every time USA or West in general announces they have thing, Russia also has thing but BETTER.
Yep. They scrapped the over-under in like 2010 or some shit. They've literally built 12 of them. It's vapourware, like the T-14. Done to show at parades, that's it. I find the hilarity they planned to sell an export version with 155mm (that fit NATO standard shells) and then essentially killed their foreign western arms sales for a long time. Like if the thing was the over-under dual 152mm, that would be at least a gimmicky weapon system. Instead it's just another 152mm SPG that has a remote 12.7mm MG on it.
It was yet another one of their >UNIVERSAL PLATFORM VEHICLES
Where they planned to have the T-14 be a chassis for a tank, IFV, APC and SPG. But they gave up on that and put the 152mm on the T-90 chassis instead, probably because the T-14 is a meme.
If Russia is going to make shit, at least make shit that is funny or unique. The North Koreans try. Russia could too. The Oka was at least cool looking. Do that but make it a QUAD barrel!
>post image of prototype from the 2010s >claim to be new upcoming project
Is this the new PrepHole meta now? Because everyone on PrepHole is so fucking new and retarded they can’t recognize designs newer than 50 years? Like that other thread with the Bradley shorad proposal from like 2019?
God I fucking hate tourists.
As I said, they're trying to get (You)'s from retards screeching. In the end they get (You)'s from retards like me who point out they're trying to get (You)'s from retards. But I like SPGs so I like it slide.
>Instead it's just another 152mm SPG that has a remote 12.7mm MG on it.
Don't let same 152 number fool you.
Koalitsiya was supposed to be completely new gun with more of everything: longer barrel, larger chamber volume, higher pressure, different modular charges, induction ignition (instead of percussion cap), low drag projectiles, water cooling, projectile tracking radar. It was supposed match ballistics if the most powerful guns like G6-52 extended range and have perks in top of it.
But this also spells doom for it, Russia has no capacity to mass produce completely new high tech rounds and charges for them
Wasn't Russia moving towards something like MACS and away from their brass casing with propellant system with the guns on Koalitsiya and other Parade Prototypes?
>Also, they scrapped the second gun without changing the name
they never made it. photoshops with 2 guns were made by a fucking shizo from 2ch.ru. later he and his inbreed buddies from Izrael spread this crap around internet using the FBI backdoor for their bot network. pictures were used to control entrance into system as a testing dummies.
Also, they scrapped the second gun without changing the name
Once you get used to their little propaganda bullshit efforts the pattern is always so obvious too. In actual military reality, a huge amount of the special Western sauce in terms of actual MILITARY EFFECTIVENESS isn't flashy and indeed isn't in the platform at all. HIMARS and M777 would be extreme examples of this, they don't look like anything special, they just look practical and someone who knows weapons can spot some important things derived from real world experience when it comes to logistics. But most of the complexity and tech advancement is in the ammo. An M777 or other SPG looks the same whether it has shitty dumb badly manufactured ammo or Excalibur rounds. They'd also look the same if their barrels had mediocre tolerances badly affecting accuracy, their engines broke down a lot, they had shitty comms and networking (or no networking). None of that affects parades, it affects how the systems work as part of combined arms on the actual battlefield.
Shit like OP's is the opposite: obviously designed to LOOK all impressive to normies. Pre-modern war mindset.
kek. Until 2022 russian military had no propaganda system at all. they discovered during Afghanistan war that it was absolutely pointless and completely shut down work much better. they started to create such system only in 2022 because they were annoyed by ze pigs dominating their social medias..
>When your pathetic propaganda and extensive use of third worlders in shill farms are so bad that it's the easy way out to simply deny their existence before the big chimpout.
Lying is a sin for which you end up in hell, vatmoron. If you would regularly attend church you would know about that.
The terrible thing is that we're going to have start paying attention to China's soulless designs because they'll be the only relevant non-NATO power left.

if vatniks still dont know how to time a muzzle device, both barrels will probably shake so violently it will damage the vehicle, somewhat similar to that terminator bullshit
Limited number of parade prototypes aside the muzzle brakes do look like they have the ports horizontal only rather than blasting into each other like the Terminator.
AFAIK they only ever made 12, so if at least 10 were destroyed and I think ukraine lost one(?) western SPG then you are technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.
>GRUG PUT BIGGER GUN TO MSTA-B >BIGGER GUN = WORK BIGGER
Why is Russia unable to create new weapon systems and instead relies on soviet baseliens from the 70's that they then revise and iterate?
The Doppel-barrel is proof of Russian retardedness over actual function.
As a newer longer-range 152mm gun, it will recoil harder and require extra stabilization even for a single gun.
So the performance limit of a new bigger gun are set by the recoiling mass and need for recuperation of the recoil.
Better to use the double mass equalization and recoil compensation for a bigger and more useful single gun than wasting it on a second barrel that you can't fire simultaneously or in rapid-fire mode anyway as it will be disturbed by the first barrel firing.
This was 2010s, we should have realised then that the russian arms industry was joke-tier "it must look pointy and scary"-tier PR not actual functional weapons
> you can't ... rapid-fire ... it will be disturbed by the first barrel firing.
MRSI systems have to automatically adjust the barrel after each shot anyway. Maybe this is a 2RSI?
> you can't ... rapid-fire ... it will be disturbed by the first barrel firing.
MRSI systems have to automatically adjust the barrel after each shot anyway. Maybe this is a 2RSI?
With some massive overengineering you could use the recoil compensation for the adjustment.
But we're talking about the Russian MIC-equivalent so yeah, that's not happening. Ever.
>Has russia actually used any of their 80km rocket-asisted shells during this war?
That was solid fuel ramjet round, it never went past prototype design stage.
Say it's 2040 and Russia can no longer rely on the Soviet legacy for their military hardware. What the FUCK do they do then?
The next generation strategic bomber to replace the Tu-160 isn't going to materialise (they can't even build modernised engines for the Tu-160). The Tu-95 will be fading out. Russia demonstrably can't build the Su-57. Or the T-14. Armata. Or Koalition. Etc etc etc
Is that when the country officially drops any pretense at great power status and just accepts its place as a provider of primary resources for China?
Russia won't exist in 2040. Hypothetically, whatever inherits Putin's mess will be likely resort to new ICBM's and double-hyper-supersonic cruis missiles that are never tested, but they threaten the West with them.
>comrade we need to figure out how to achieve an artillery advantage on the battlefield >how about we invest more into our manufacturing to make more accurate weapon system and ammunition which would lead to a decreased ammo consumption and lessen the strain placed on logistics? >no >double gun

and nothing else.

it's the ultimate wunderwaffen army.
(also important to stress that that is IT.

in real life russians never used such shit.
Are they gonna have better trannies than us?
They already do, anon.
Already do. Check out Russian femboys.
In Russia it is either pass or instantly get murdered by gopnik chimpout
Ah so what Twitter brainlets with persecution complexes and women’s bathroom baby rapers think America is like

hello garden gnome chan..
ooh looks like we struck a nerve lmao

this shizo delusion..
Seems like it.
I hope I'm not participating in creating a hostile work environment, wouldn't want to have that on my conscience.
seems like you certainly did
is seething
Oh hey I remember that unit from EndWar.
I miss back when we could still think Koalitsiya, Berkut and Terminator were good weapons.
The terrible thing is that we're going to have start paying attention to China's soulless designs because they'll be the only relevant non-NATO power left.
Everything china has looks like something a faction in advance wars I wouldn't play as would use
One thing I will give it is that it looked cool.
Why does it have a machine gun?
local self-defense
The US issues Mk19s for the same job.
>soon
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

you forgot the AS-90. Pretty sure there are other SPGs too.

Move zigg. For great justice.
pretty sure more of those have been destroyed in the war than all krabs, m109s, caesar and pzh 2000 combined by several orders of magnitude.
AFAIK they only ever made 12, so if at least 10 were destroyed and I think ukraine lost one(?) western SPG then you are technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.

Why is Russia unable to create new weapon systems and instead relies on soviet baseliens from the 70's that they then revise and iterate?
>why are engineers following good principles of incremental improvements without breaking existing manufacturing setup?
Anon, please. Only the super rich countries can afford to spend billions into R&D to just throw it away.
Why would Russoids waste money on another AK12 wheb they can siphon monies into another yacht?

>twice the fire rate
>still the same ammo supply
12 mock-ups were built and not a single one of them is functional.
Has russia actually used any of their 80km rocket-asisted shells during this war?I haven't heard or read anything about them.
Even if they did I doubt they are in any way accurate or have correctability
>Has russia actually used any of their 80km rocket-asisted shells during this war?

The plan is decent and already in motion.
Russia won't exist in 2040. Hypothetically, whatever inherits Putin's mess will be likely resort to new ICBM's and double-hyper-supersonic cruis missiles that are never tested, but they threaten the West with them.
They'll continue relying on nukes, plus respec into motorized infantry with imported kamikaze drones to control their borders.
Did it work? I can't imagine what the reloading mechanism looks like. Probably they had x2 Ivans

Is the gate to the barracks downhill from the hangar/tank storage?
all of it is contained at a single base because they didn't have the money for multiple.
