Ive been using chat gpt and bing chat to do 90% of my apprenticeship papers, and just found out Ive passed with flying colours. Thing is though, I have no fricking clue what im doing now. Im a walking liability and its only a matter of time before I get ousted as a fraud or end up getting someone killed.

Based on my experience it's literally flip a coin whether you get a legit tradie vs some fricking rando doing it for the first time. And this is both the craigslist handymen for hire and the big companies that should have their shit together. Fricking shameful the state of the trades is right now. But I guess that's inevitable when you discourage anybody smart from getting into it for decades. Look at India for what happens when this attitude is allowed to prevail for centuries: no infrastructure and nothing works as it should.
