Whenever I get depressed I imagine if I spent the time I have been depressed instead inside a POW camp and then I realized it's not as bad as I make it to be.
I may be sad and extremely suicidal but at the end of the day I can choose when I wake up, when I sleep, when I eat. I can choose what vidya I want to play. I can go outside and enjoy the fresh air.
It boils down to "would I rather do this or be back in school but instead of classes it's a torture session"

      >I can choose what vidya I want to play
It's true, the catalogue of titles in POW camps are pathetic

But on the other hand if you were in a POW camp, you could justify all your misery on the forced circumstances, on being a prisoner.
How do you justify your misery right now?

I actually have only myself to blame.
It is up to only yourself to make prison into paradise.

Do you even grasp the central banking system and its ramifications. You are a currency generator, nothing more. Youre entire life has been cultivated by them for it. Unplug from the Matrix

Lol the myth of the happy peasant strikes again. They worked the fields 20 hours a week maybe, but you better believe that's not all they did. Remember, it took hours and hours to do menial chores like cook, clean, chop wood for the fire, etc. A flat tax was also not the case in all fiefs, remember you could be dragged into a levy at a moments notice, all of your property confiscated for the war effort, pillaged, or even just straight murdered by the nobility because "lol" at a moments notice. The most a lord might have to do is compensate your lord for the pleasure of killing you. You might own land, you might not, either way you probably won't own it when some imbred duke decides he likes it better. If you lived to see past 30, there's a decent chance you could make it to old age, but life was significantly more dangerous then. Getting the shits was lethal then.

you need to have a space to put your guns that isn't just your night stand so you stop fixating on them

if you have a home defense gun, it should be stowed in a location that is easy to access but is still out of sight

and then you need a fricking hobby. pick up knitting so you can knit your dog a tactical onesie or something
