I know realistically it's way too much work to do this kind of packaging when the alternative is way easier, but seeing vatniks absolutely enraged by this idea and tried to frantically deboonk it means that deep down they feel like it's a possibility, or at least what is currently happening to their mobiks mince is equivalently bad.
Also, it tickles me how one of their biggest defenses is those are dog food.

      Big if true..

It's actually true. Quad drones can easily lift 200 kgs. They usually grab injured ones. Either with a little land grabber and they drag them. The Russians aren't fighting just trying to not die. Or with quad copters with something like

Put a fluorescent sheet over one, have it broadcast the nastiest screamers known to man and the war is won by the ghosts of Kiev.

    >be me
    >chechen fighter in the Ukraine
    >on patrol with the boys
    >hear weird buzzing noise
    >fuck it's a drone drop down and prepare for grenade to be dropped
    >buzzing just keeps getting louder
    >drone zips down and grabs Vladko
    >zips off straight off in and instant with him screaming
    > disappears into the sky
    >seconds later hear screaming getting louder
    >Vladko was dropped by the drone and is hurtling towards us
    >his body bounces on the ground and then burst
    >fuck this we are going back to Chechnya

Nah, don't drop them, it'd be way scarier to just fly away with them.

      >Vladko
Ukie name iirc, or at least more Ukie names end in -ko than Russian ones. Chechens straight up have kebab names, but with a russian twist

      >Magomed

In theory yes, but that's got to be the most inefficient use of the fucking things. Though it does make me wonder if they can use such systems for air rescue. Plenty of helicopter rescues, but that includes a rescuer going down to attach a good harness to the victim, not sure it's as feasible for them to do it themselves then hook into a drone or whatever. I guess you could pair it with that jetpack thing they're trying to train medics on.

Drone medevac relies on the evacuee or someone around them of being able to put them in the cradle. It's faster than ground based systems (IFV/cars) and cheaper than helicopters.

I expect that there will be improvements on the autonomy side of such drones, but complete hands off extraction might never be possible.

I heard ukronazis have a drone with a big gloved robot hand that holds a big wooden mallet. They use this "bird" to make white Donbass children into "pancakes" while they are singing patriotic chants in honour of the boyar

    >s this actually possible with current drone technology?
Theoretically possible but highly inefficient, large drones exist, but going ufo-catcher adds weight and the thing won't have much range.
It's more likely a way to claim capture when it's voluntary
    and no drone involved.
