MENA posters confirmed they're pretty accurate just with word choices to make them more hilarious. The people on these shows really are crazy people. It doesn't mean everyone in the respective country has the same crazy thoughts.

The translations are fairly good, although some words are translated into less accurate synonyms for comedic effects

Anon the joke is they translate some of the sillier people in the Arab TV world. Think of it as someone translating Alex Jones but semi mainstream. That or some of the Joe Rogan guests.

MemriTV is an Israeli production. They translate Arabic TV for internationals to laugh at. The propaganda purpose is to make world go "Man these Arabs sure are fucking retarded:"

basically all tests get announced, the media only takes notice when it's relevant to the current world news or in this case, highlighting a recent US missile test failure

You don't see many people mentioning the two Minuteman III tests done earlier in 2023 that were successful, just talking about the most recent failure.
