Honestly I think Russian weapons are solid, but the conscript ziggers that are barely trained can't do shit with them. I don't think they're inaccurate, I think that the current Russian military can't shoot for shit.

Most weapons in the hands of competent people can be used competently. Even obsolescent shit. If you have incompetent people with the best weapons, they're likely to perform like shit vs a competent force up to a point. Most Russian doctrine and command has always been shit, most of the training Russians receive is shit, the weapons can still perform the task. So ziggers have shit training, shit command, shit troop quality. The weapons can still perform if they weren't headed by ziggers who are shit.

nta, but there are weapons that are obvious grifts like the terminator which would be subpar even with competent crews

No, Russian missiles have proved to be woefully inaccurate, have a high failure rate and even the 'hyper velocity' ones are easily shot down by patriot batteries.

No shit lol. Their official tactic was always to terrorize civilians as much as possible, be it in Syria, Chechnya (most people in the west just didn't know what russians did during the war), Afghanistan, during WW2, and even during early czarist times.

And yes. Yes I watched the beheading videos of Russians by Chechens.

The word is after they hit a building they hit the same place once more some time later, when the rescue teams and voluntees are sifting through rubble. I wouldn't put it below them, so go figure.

The missiles themselves are okay if they are new and made well. However Russia does not have the same ISTAR capabilities as the U.S. so the practical accuracy gets affected.

  15. 1 month ago
    Anonymous

Newer missiles are quite accurate. There are three problems impacting the practical accuracy of some of the strikes we've seen. 1) uneven build quality due to sanctions and corruption, 2) intelligence failures leading to incorrect targeting data, 3) older AShMs being kludged together for a land attack role. Thus, Russia has the capability to make accurate missiles, but that is only one part of the equation when it comes to actually hitting targets.

      Holy shit, you're moronic.
That's not how that works, the Kurs system used by soyuz to dock to the ISS is an active radar homing system. The missiles used to bomb houses in Ukraine are definitely not that.
It's like you saying that using anti-radiation missiles is a good way to hit residential buildings.

Thinking that the Soyuz is just pointed and fired with no maneuvers is just ignorant.

      Go leave

they exploded the entrance to a mall pretty accurately, not many missiles claim a CEP smaller than 15 meters.
