Iranian missiles sort of blur the line. There isn't the MLRS rocket/ballistic missile divider you get with 1st World militaries. They just make larger and larger artillery rockets until they're basically small SRBMs...which are technically ballistic missiles...which is what the propaganda and the Western media report them as. One because it makes them look tougher and the other because they are ignorant where military affairs are concerned and like the hype value.
