A single shot gun will put OP above 98% of the population in countries where decent people can't own guns.
Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
OP is BASED as frick.
I tend to agree but have you seen some of these 2nd world prisons? Maybe death would be a preferable alternative for OP. Then again, the “judged by 12” thing only matters if you get caught.
Not sure about 2nd world prisons, but 3rd world prisons are actually OK because you usually get lighter sentences.
In Brazil you won't even see the inside of a jail if your sentence is lower than 4 years (owning a gun illegally is up to 3 years sentence), you would only pay a fine and do some social work.
And above 4 years sentence, you automatically get a reduction of 1/3 in jailtime + good behavior sentence reduction.
No wonder criminals don't stop being criminals with those light sentences.

They get short sentences because they are not expected to survive, pic related Madagascar's notorious Prison d'Antanimora which amongst other things has outbreaks of bubonic plague
A US human rights report found that chronic malnutrition is the leading cause of death among prisoners in Madagascar and that the condition affects up to 2/3 of the inmates

It's just common sense, they don't wanna risk getting shut down for allowing you entering with an illegal gun.
Use the range to train and to put ammo in your pocket when they are not looking.
Not so bad where I live, but still, ammo prices skyrocketed in just a couple of weeks due to shitty economy and because gun shops are all scalpers.
Handloading (and even bullet casting) went from being a convenience to being a necessity, if not a must if you want to shoot somewhat often.
oh yeah?
Then invent 2A through becoming ungovernable, be smart don’t be a moron
What do you think am i doing?
Are those air rifle slugs as bullets? Looks similar to some I've seen becoming popular in the high end hunting air rifles (.25 and .30 cal).
Do those even cycle?
Doesn't matter if you're building something simple like a zip gun or revolver, and given OP's situation, that's about what I'd expect.

Which country, gentleman?
OP, try getting ahold of 12ga ammo and make a slam-fire shotgun, it's a great gun, I used to own one before guns became accessible in Brazil.

My local range told me I wasn't allowed to shoot mine there.
