If you were a super villains henchman, what weapons and equipment would you carry?

If you were a super villains henchman, what weapons and equipment would you carry? Obviously you won't be able to kill a super hero so you are going to need stuff for killing average folk and taking hostages. I would have an AR variant to scare the normal pussies and an auto pistol with an overly large compensator.

A big bore revolver or a cut down lever gun in 45-70. Something handy that makes a mess of people, cause you're a villain you gotta make a show of it.

Depends what heroes yoy are up against
You want something high enough caliber to actually annoy them to let your boss escape. And have enough mag capacity too if they are fast

If the super villain is a super genius you could probably have ray guns and what not too

AR-15 with a few mags of kryptonite permeated critical defense loads. You kill Superman, and the rest of the Justice League is straightforward.

What time period are we talking? Golden Age I'd have a "whip-it" BAR under my trenchcoat, maybe with a custom 30rd magazine. No sights obviously, because I'm firing from the hip and they'd only snag on things.

You guys aren't thinking right. You don't want boring practicality, boring henchmen get killed off. You gotta be interesting enough to join the rogues gallery. Something like cut down semi auto shotguns strapped to your forearms with punch triggers or a brace of stylish custom 1911s strapped to the inside of a iconic coat. Being original and interesting is how you survive and become a repeat character.

I'm only going to get the one shot off before the protagonist smites me with a katana or whatever anyway, might as well make it a classic.

Considering that my Boss is a man of influence, who can pull the strings and act against common sense once in a while, I'd like to have a custom engraved and color-case hardened P08, which would come with one intantry barrel and one artillery barrel, a stock, full-auto switch and mount for LPVO optic.

Lol I literally saw this movie yesterday, I'm not even a DC, cape shit, batman fan but I enjoyed it, Tim Burton did a great job of portraying Gotham as some depressing shithole.

Anyway, back to the matter at hand, I'd probably just go for a Sig 551 and Makarov or something

I would be a Victorian hunter themed goon with a well trained gorilla and .75 caliber flintlock. It forces any batman like super hero to approach me through stealth as too not alert the gorilla. As such, I only have one shot if I detect him.

    Two RSh-12s.
There'd be a scene with the hero slowly moving up, massive revolver shots blowing cars a few feet, knocking doors down and causing a guy to explode in half only for me to finally get the hero in my sights.
    Click.
    No ammo.

Depends on the villain and their style. If I was a Bob style goon, I'd just wear leathers and street wear, and carry something generic and disposable, a cheap throwaway pistol, cosh, burner phone, switchblade and sap gloves.
If I was moving in more rarified circles, like henching for a Bond villain, I'd invest in a suit with a hidden gusset for kicking, low-profile body armour, extendable baton, and a nice pistol, like a two-tone Beretta or a sig-sauer or something. Submachine gun if I'm expecting trouble. Radio earpiece.
If we were going full M. Bison, with proper uniforms, I'd carry a PDW and a shock baton. Ride around in one of those little golf buggies they always have. Just kind of keep switching places with the other guys in Stormtrooper helmets so I'm always just sort of in the rear and never arrive at the fight.
If I was The Dragon, the right hand man, I'd go full Deathstroke. Dragonskin armour, ninja-To over the shoulder, match pistol worn crossdraw, Alice webbing, breath mask and night vision goggles. I'd throw stun grenades and go in with a three sectional staff.
Probably stand on top of something and give a little speech before I attacked. You got to commit to the bit.
Probably get my ass handed to me by some 14 year old twink in tights, or webbed to a wall, but it's the quality of your first impression that gets you your next job.
