I have next to no knowledge of fluid mechanics, but I assume a human body doesn’t have enough mass to pose a noticeable barrier to a DU or tungsten alloy dart with that much energy concentrated in such a slender shape. Would it just punch through as if you were no more than a piece of paper? Would you scatter, but as a result of air pressure following the dart?

I'm not going to say that the air pressure affects are negligible (I had to take thermo, not fluids), but they're going to be negligible in comparison to the pressure generated by the levels of hydrostatic shock we're talking about.
